Very nice place BUT with a note for the management
We loved the location, nice cozy studio apartments with almost everything you need (and not more, which is a good thing for me). The bed was comfy and it was clean. I appreciate that there was cooking gear in the mini kitchen. Overall it's a very nice place, in a beautiful setting! The supermarket is close, and some restaurants nearby, also just a short walk to the lake.
There is nobody at the reception, no reception at all, everything is managed remotely, which is okay if you can effectively troubleshoot when needed.
I sent a message on my first day asking about a missing cutting board and got a reply after 5 days, shortly before we were leaving saying 'sorry we don't provide that, we hope you understand'. The thing is that I don't really understand why wouldn't you provide that if you provide a kitchen and a knife. How am I supposed to use that? Directly on your kitchen counter? It seemed dismissive.
Also the Achensee card which was supposed to be included didn't work for me at all and I didn't bother to ask since the late and dismissive reply the first time.
1x toilet paper and 1x rubbish bag definitely not enough for 8 days and 2 ppl.
The place is nice itself but I think it could be managed better, more attentive and responsive.
I don't need a host to hover around me all the time, I'm not that kind of traveller but the bare minimum should be there and it feels like some shortcuts are taken here, probably trying to manage too many properties at the same time.

Easy-going secure 3D payment and check in, responsive helpdesk. Very clean apartments on arrival, easy check out in the end. Check out via web failed, anyway thanks to helpdesk reached via phone everything was clarified and checkout was completed successfully.
No room for any complain for now. I have to return to the apartments again and try to find something :).

Dated, basic - full review
If you’re looking for basic accommodation to provide a roof over your head, it does that.
It is ideal if you like the retro feel of 1975 which the fittings seem to survive from. It’s not to say the place has 50 years of grime, as it’s fairly clean, but some items are just tired. The yellowing radiators, with paint peeling, the dated wood furniture with worn lacquer showing bare edges and flat spots, to the tired veranda with paint flake soffit.
The room I stayed in is meant for no more than 2 people, evident from the long bench that houses 2 foam mattresses sleeping toe to toe, with a shelf along the length of the wall above (meaning you can’t sit there), with a power socket and bedside wall-light each end. There’s 2 chairs and a table. A wardrobe (plenty of hangers). A plug-in heater. A kitchen sink with tiny electric hob, supported by tired old cupboards. Within, I found old cups & bowls, some cracked. A kettle and toaster. WiFi worked.
There’s no washing up soap for your utensils. Nor any shower gel. Bring your own. They do provide towels and toilet paper and a hair dryer. There’s no breakfast, but there is a fridge.
There’s an en suit toilet with shower. The drains don’t smell, but during a hot shower they backed up and water quickly filled the tray. I was left standing in water, wondering what had come up from the drain. Mind your jewellery as there’s no drain plug cover. The extractor fan doesn’t work, the flat generally had its own smell.
The rooms have great views in all directions. My room had large glass patio doors leading to a small veranda with chairs. Your only privacy being the curtains (no nets) and light best coming from the wall lights (rather than the tubes within the pelmet box), no central ceiling light.
You’re not far from the local shops & restaurants. (Supermarket with fresh sandwiches, sports clothing & bike hire)
That’s about it. Very basic. Fine if you’re planning to be out all day and just need a place to sleep.
There’s no air conditioning but also no nets on the windows - so an open window I got bitten during summer.
There is no staff on site. When I called with another problem, I was told the cleaning & maintenance staff would not be here until tomorrow. They then turned up a couple hours later; thankfully I was in.
Whilst there is a quiet period stated in the rules, 10pm to 7am, people outside those times did nothing to be respectful of noise. Doors were slammed, people running up the concrete slat stairs, with noise echoing around. 7am seemed to be a free for all to see who could make most noise.
The backed-up drain was the last straw for me.
The apartment is hardly any cheaper than nearby hotels.
I left early, having slept one night.

Everything was okay except there were a bunch of spots where we spoted colonies of black ants, including kitchen. Due to hygiene reason, we didn't like it. Please take care of this issue at apartment number 4.

Perfect location. 5-10 min walk from Maurach mittelschule. Spar and MPreis located nearby. Rofanseilbahn also in vicinity. Nice, spacious, and clean rooms with well equipped kitchen. Washing machines available in the basement. And great views from the apartment. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing views
Oldstyle but cute and well equipped apartment with an amazing view and good location. Uncomplicated self check in at any time and check out. Everything needed was there including kitchen equipment and towels.

Great place, clean and comfortable facility
The place was amazing, with a lake and mountains nearby. Also, a supermarket and bus stops were 10 minutes from the apartment.
Our only complaint regards the extra bed (sofa) that was not much comfortable for the fifth member of our family. Perhaps the other beds were too soft. However, the apartment was very well equipped, clean, large, and comfortable. Actually, we would be happy to visit the facility again in the future and we highly recommend it to you.

Top. Der Schlüssel befand sich in einen Codierten Schließfacht. Der Code ist pünktlich, auf die Sekunde per eMail zugestellt worden. Am Comfort gibt es aus meiner Suchts nichts zu verbessern.
Eigentlich gibt es nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Jetzt warten wir nur noch auf die Rückzahlung der Kaution und alles ist dann bestens gelaufen. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Wspaniała rodzinna atmosfera jak w domu, piękne trasy w zasięgu 30-40minut samochodem.
Bardzo ładny widok na góry przez panoramiczne okna w mieszkaniu, kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona w niezbędne do sporządzenia posiłku sprzęty. Narciarnia, gralnia z piłkarzykami i stołem do tenisa stołowego pozwoliły na dobrą integrację po nartach. Natomiast widoki i cena kompensowały te niedogodności.
Zabrakło sauny, narożnik miał uszkodzone oparcia i to już od dłuższego czasu nie było naprawione. Poza tym bardzo czysto i funkcjonalnie. Dojazd na stok utrudniały korki na drogach. Z 20 minut zrobiło się 45min. Więc jeśli chcesz szybko dojechać na stok, musisz znaleźć coś bliżej.

Vybavení apartmánu je komfortní, líbila se nám nově zrekonstruovaná koupelna s velkým sprchovým koutem.
Majitel sice v závěrečném papírovém pokynu požaduje třídění odpadu, v apartmánu ale nebyly žádné nádoby ani pytle na třídění.

La più bella mini vacanza di 4 giorni
L'appartamento 10 era perfetto. Pulito ordinato e con spazi ampi, molto comodo per una famiglia di 4/5 persone. La cucina super accessoriata, veramente più di quanto immaginassi. La vista del lago e montagna spettacolare. Ci dispiace non essere rimasti oltre per godere del calore di quella casetta.
Eravamo 2 famiglie con bambini, avevamo prenotato la stessa struttura. Inviato il pagamento e cauzione, ma purtroppo 2 giorni prima della partenza cancellano la prenotazione dei nostri amici per overbooking. Questo ci ha creato disagio perché purtroppo non abbiamo potuto trascorrere più la vacanza insieme.
