Ruime kamer, moderne badkamer, fijn balkon, voldoende parkeerruimte.
De douchebak lag te laag waardoor de badkamervloer na het douchen een enorme plas water kreeg en dat bleef staan. Er was geen trekker om het weg te halen. De douchestang is onlogisch geplaatst waardoor je steeds tegen de kraan zit. De matrassen waren goed maar liepen scheef af (hoog in het midden, laag aan de buitenkant wat je naar buiten doet rollen). Wc was zeer laag.
