Wonderful clean, new apartment with convenient access to Venice.

Spacious, clean, secure and like new apartment. Bed was extremely comfortable. Bathrooms were very clean. Plenty of space in living area and kitchen. Having a washing machine available was a great help. Convenient location for boarding tram into Venice. Nice 10-15 minute walk into center of Mestre with shopping and restaurants to choose from. A wonderful stay complemented with amazing hosts who greeted us and took time to introduce the area to us as pseudo tour guide on where to go and recommendations on restaurants; mapping them all out for us. Friendly and welcoming and just wonderful to interact with.

A great spacious apartment with everything needed for the familly.Kitchen with all equipment needed,coffie machine,microwave… Hosts are very velcomming and helpfull !Thank you!

Excellent property, excellent hosts, excellent location.

The apartment is finished to a very high standard and has been maintained at that standard - it still looks brand new. The rooms are large and well furnished. The location is very good: the area is clean and quiet and the tram to Venice is just a three minute walk away. There are some good coffee shops and restaurants nearby, a large supermarket about six minutes away, and Mestre town centre (about three minutes past the supermarket) is really pleasant. Excellent, friendly and informative hosts, and Massimo (sp?) even very kindly drove to Venice to give me my passport, which I had left in a drawer. A small piece of information: the apartment is at number 29; if you walk there from the south you will have to pass buildings 29F to 29A to get to 29, which may not confuse you but did confuse us.

This is just a minor point, and I hesitate to make it, but I will do so because it may help other travellers. We ate out, and the location is very good for that so this didn't bother us, but if you plan to self-cater you should take note. There were coffee capsules and sugar portions provided by the hosts, but - probably because of Covid, possibly because of lack of cupboard space for groceries - there were none of the usual leftovers from previous occupiers to cook with. So if you plan to self-cater then (unless things have changed by the time you travel) you will need to buy or bring everything: oil, salt, flour, herbs and so on.

Perfect place to stay to visit Venice.

The property is quite new and superbly appointed. The facilities are excellent, and the hosts are really nice and helpful, and speak good English. It is well located within walking distance of the tram to Venice and a number of restaurants. Free onsite, secure, parking was available too.
