Går afstand til bus og tog. Går afstand til byen, parken, handlemuligheder.
Det var ikke det bedste byden den lægger i. Mange tyverier fra biler i gratis parkeringspladser. Parkering er ikke inkluderet i lejen. Så hvis det skal være sikker parkering skal der betales i hverdagene. Ingen altan møbler. Meget trafikeret vej foran altanen. Så en del støj Ingen kaffemaskine eller elkedel.

Больная, удобная и функциональная квартира. Есть все необходимое, вплоть до стиральной машины. Рядом CONAD, до вокзала 10 мин пешком.
Кондиционер не справляется с охлаждением второй комнаты при сильной жаре, посуда для индукционной плиты подходит не вся, пожарить гриль вряд ли получится)

Appartement très bien situé à 10 minutes à pieds de la gare ou du bus vers Venise et juste à côté du parc. Quelques places de parking gratuites juste en face. Équipement complet dans l’appartement.
Matelas du canapé peu confortable . Il est dommage qu’il n’y ait la clim que dans la pièce principale et non dans la chambre.

Por decir un pero pondría un microondas , pero hay cazo para calentar no fue problema
