Little and cozy flat near Venice

La ubicación es muy buena, cercana a un Bus que te lleva al ingreso a Venezia. La casa muy bien arreglada y cómoda. Y nos recibieron en la puerta y estuvieron muy atentos todo el viaje.

No tengo nada que decir en contra.

The host is good, welcomed us😄, was at your service regarding where to park the car, helped carry the luggage, etc... It is very easy to communicate with the host. Everything needed was available. The impression is excellent and the location for public transport with Venice is excellent.

Good location, comfortable bed, kitchen. The host provided us with the information on how to get to the city center and booked for us free parking slot. Also provided us with flexible check-in while we were late due to the long road.

It would be better to grab the keys automatically without being dependent on the host. Too early check-out (10 am). City tax should be paid only in cash. The linen should have been of white color, which is more hygienically, instead of color with flowers

The bus is very close from the location. Supermarket very close and well supplied. Wify = OK.

The air conditioner has water licks. So when we use it, in the night, we must put a pot uder it (otherwize it flow on the fridge!!). But the pot was filed with water in some 2 hours. So, we must wake up for empty it. We call the owner (he knows about the problem and he postponed the intervention after our depart. The fridge was full of ice and was full of water so we must first defreez it. For a 2 nights stay possible not be a problem, but for a 8 nights stay are big problems. Also normaly for this stay period the owner must give some clean towels at least after 3 days. We have call the owner and indeed it changed them atfer 4 nights. The picture on booking site is differet from the reality. Good, but not the same.
