I liked everything. The room was very spacious and the bathroom as well. It was provided with desk, bed tables, and an additional sofa. The bathroom was very well equipped as well. I did not use the kitchen but I saw it was also clean and with several amenities. I just stayed for one night to take a morning flight but would stay here longer if needed.
It is not that close to the train station in Mestre, so just take that into account to plan your trips to Venice or the airport. But the bust stop is very close so just consider that when planning your days. Since it is a residential neighborhood there is not a lot to do nearby so just plan ahead.

Walls / doors are thin so we were woken up by people leaving and people above us moving chairs
A bit of a pain to get to from the airport by public transport- we opted for a taxi as it was 1/3 of the time.

The room looks nice. Warm blanket and a comfortable bed.
It is very cold in the room because, according to the host, the heating is turned on automatically. The outside temperature was 6 degrees in the morning, 11-15 degrees in the afternoon. For that temperature, the heating should be on all the time. The air conditioner has a heating option, but it does not heat the room.
The room does not have any sound isolation. You can hear almost every word of the other guests, as well as the banging and jumping of children.
