Close location to shops and public transport. Very quiet and safe.

It was advertised as “deluxe” but missing the “deluxe” elements. It was a clean and tidy room. However - the towels and bath mats with small and thin and low quality. There was only hand soap provided in the bathroom with a small hair dryer. Small TV with local channels only.

It is nice and clean. I also appreciated the position, the host and that it is close to bus station and its pretty safe area.

The walls are not that good. We constantly heard noises from the room next to us and the person there had a normal voice volume. No screaming or so and it was still unconfortable, probably he heard us talking too. Also we would’ve liked access to a heating source, AC was unplugged i think ( it didnt work even if the remote was functional).

Overall it was nice, clean and pretty close to public transport to Venice. Bus drive was 15 min max. Approved !!

It was nice and comfortable stay in fairly new house. Host was also very nice and friendly.

Only downside is that there is no parking. We had to park our car in next street.

Nice and peaceful stay

Spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Quiet and peaceful area. Access to fridge and coffee machine. About 5-10 min walk to the great Pizzeria Alla Conchiglia 😃👍 The property is quite far from the Mestre train station and for us getting to the property was problematic. However, getting to Venice is very efficient, just walk about 5 minutes to the bus stop and take bus no. 6 or 3, which go straight to Venice.

Gabriel, the host, really made this stay what it was. He was so very kind and accommodating. Very spacious room and bathroom, very clean. The bus station was a seven minute walk from the property, which brought you straight into Venice. Laundromat close, as well as a grocery store. Etabeta gelateria is a must try!!! Also a short walk away.

The Judas Trees is in a very good location, free parking on the street, but very close to te bus station where you can get in Venice in 15 minutes. The room was clean, big enough for 2 adult and a baby, the host is very kind and helpful.

A convenient place to go to Venice

The bus stop is very close, you can go to Venice by bus. Gabriel and his wife were very helpful. We even arranged our airport transfer with Gabriel and it was very easy for us

We couldn't find a market nearby, but we didn't search too hard either. maybe you will find

Matress need to be changed, it is caved in. Uncomfortable to sleep. Air conditioning cannot be set below +24 degrees, hot!

The best place to stay if you go to Venice for a few days

The room was very clean and the host is very nice! The location is good - you have a bus stop nearby (where you can find the bus that goes directly to Venice Piazzale Roma), shop and some nice pizzeria's/tratorria's that are open till 23PM

Very cold and loud room

The room looks nice. Warm blanket and a comfortable bed.

It is very cold in the room because, according to the host, the heating is turned on automatically. The outside temperature was 6 degrees in the morning, 11-15 degrees in the afternoon. For that temperature, the heating should be on all the time. The air conditioner has a heating option, but it does not heat the room. The room does not have any sound isolation. You can hear almost every word of the other guests, as well as the banging and jumping of children.

Great place to visit Venezia. It's just 15 minutes from Venezia by bus in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Room is very confortable. And your host will be a great guy who will aid you with anything you may need.

The host was so friendly and really helpful with all our queries and need. Really comfy beds and really clean room. Kitchen facilities were a bonus. Transport links to the centre of Venice were easy to access and a short and cheap bus ride. A couple of really nice restaurants and cafes nearby (some even with vegan options).

Superb

We stayed only for a few hours as we had an early flight. The host was friendly and helpful and the room was very clean.

We managed to find a parking spot close to the accommodation but I can imagine that other times all spots close to the accommodation would be taken.
