L'endroit est très bien situé. A 5min à pied de la gare, 1min à pied d'un arrêt de bus qui mène directement à Venise (avec des bus qui passent toutes les 10min). Mention spéciale pour la proprété du lieu. Honnêtement bon rapport qualité/prix. Ce n'est pas le grand luxe mais c'est suffisant pour simplement y passer la nuit. Il y a également l'air conditioné dans la chambre ce qui est un vrai plus par ces chaleurs d'été.
Le propriétaire nous a donné les informations pour l'accès au logement assez tardivement (1 heure avant notre arrivée), Pour plus de tranquillité, il aurait été préférable d'être prévenus au minimum 24h avant. Attention, il y a également une taxe de séjour à payer d'environ 4€/personne/nuit, qui n'est mentionnée qu'à l'arrivée, donc à prévoir dans votre budget.

The ability to have two beds. Shared kitchen was good, it had lots of appliances and cutlery. Coffee machine was good.
The location. Felt very unsafe, especially for two young females.

The place overall was okay, and it’s exactly what it shows in the pictures.
Three main important issues: 1. They give you only one big towel (for each person) for the whole stay. So you have to use that towel for everything (body, face, etc.) 2. The shower water is a mess. One night we couldn’t have a shower because the water was freezing cold. When there is hot water, it randomly switches to cold for no reason and it remains like that. 3. There was a huge spider web in the corner of the room, right above one of the beds.
