Неймовірне чисте приміщення. Матраси дуже зручні. Ванна сучасна. З водою проблем не було. Білизна нова та чиста. Білі рушники велики чисті. Локація фантастична-поряд вокзал, дуже швидко добиратися на острів. Є супермаркети та малі магазини. В приміщенні дуже тихо. Вікна виходять у двір. Ми спали з відкритим вікном і було дуже тихо. Є чайник, кофеварка з капсулами. Холодильник великий. Хозяїн завжди на звяку. Реагував на звернення. Кухня спільна. Але чиста, має балкон. Чай та кава завжди в доступі.
В кухні немає плити. Тобто готувати не можно, лише підігріват в микрохвильовці.
Також на вікнах немає москітних сіток. Вночі можуть залітати комари.
Нічник не вимикається (або ми не знайшли як) тому доводилось на ніч виключати світло в апартмані (там система на ключі -коли йдеш з номеру, світло вимикається)
Через те, що ми повністю вимикали електрику на ніч, щоб світильники не світили-неможливо вночі було зарядити телефон, та кондиціонер теж мабуть би не працював.

La stanza era pulita e in ordine. Lo staff molto cordiale.
La posizione, comoda per arrivare a Venezia ma un pò unsafe sopratutto nelle ore notturne.
