Royal Suites Venice

Our host was one of the most hospitable persons i’ve ever met,he helped us with everything, even let us check in earlier. The location is perfect right in front on the mestre station and the apartment was well equipped, clean and cpzy🩷

La ubicación y el cuarto en general, muy bien !

Que no existe un letrero que indique dónde está el hotel

Right across from the main transport hub but enough sound isolation that it didn't bother us despite being located right on a busy street. We were just in transit for a day so it was perfect for us. Very clean and thank goodness there was AC because it was super muggy and humid the day we were there. Host very responsive and kind. Room comfortable and clean. Close to restaurant options.

No code to access the building by yourself so you basically need to coordinate well with the host so he can buzz you in (although he is quite responsive and you can reach him by phone). As is the case with all areas next to transport hubs, there can be unsavory characters there at night although we didn't feel unsafe at all as well lit and people are around (but there was a woman shooting up in front of the main entrance to the building when we went home after dinner but she was discreet and went away the moment we approached).

Location is great, very close to the station and food places. They had all the facilities at the place like fridge/oven/microwave etc

Getting access initially is difficult. Have to notify them on watsapp when you’ll arrive so they come from another place to allow access theres no reception. We didn’t know specifically when we will get there and theres no well notice/sign of the location. Photos of direction and of the building will be helpful as theres no name/sign on the building thats obvious to see. The room headboard was very dusty and room had this old smell. Wasn’t fresh
