Station Apartment is a pleasant and bright apartment located a few steps from the Venice-Mestre train station. Recently renovated and equipped with all comforts. Free secure parking is included.
Modern 60 sqm apartment consisting of a large living area with an open kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and various utensils. The bathroom is equipped with a bidet, washing machine, large shower cubicle, hairdryer, soap, and shampoo. In addition to everything listed above, there are also 32-inch TVs, FREE WI-FI throughout the apartment, air conditioning, and heating.
The price of the accommodation includes all the primary services such as coffee, sugar, toilet paper, soap, dishwashing detergent, bed linen, blankets, and a set of 3 clean towels per person of various sizes. We want to emphasize that we offer free parking. In addition, you must also consider that the dates chosen for the overnight stay will be blocked only after the booking is made.
Please remember that the tourist tax of 4 euros per person per night for the first 5 nights must be paid on the day of arrival at the apartment in cash.
The apartment is always prepared for the exact number of people coming, for example, if you are in 2 and you need an extra bed, you must let us know in advance and there will also be 10 euros extra per night to pay for it.
