Modern apartment located in a central position along the tree lined avenue of Via Miranese and convenient to services (bars, pastry shops, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, bakery, pharmacy, laundry). Bus stop at 70 meters; 1 minute highway; Venice Mestre train station 5 minutes away; possibility to reach Venice in 10 minutes. Convenient FREE PARKING. The house has been completely renovated and equipped with every comfort.The house is within walking distance of all the main shops in the area. Convenient at the exit of the motorway and at the bus stop.The house also consists of a living room and a kitchen area. The glass table is extendable so you can eat in peace.

Great location for getting to Venice - 10 min walk to train station and Venice is 1 stop away. Place is clean, host were awesome to deal but know that it is on the 3 rd floor with no elevator. Not an issue for us but anyone who doesn’t like stairs might not be ideal situation with luggage.

A great place, exactly as advertised.
Cute place, we appreciated the design touches which made the place cozy and attractive. A very nice touch was that Alberto also left out a variety of typical Italian packaged snacks. Alberto was very responsive and helpful, including with recommendations for a delicious nearby restaurant (best tagliatelle we had in Italy!).
A couple of notes for future visitors - the apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator so avoid huge suitcases, parking is on-street and very convenient, and the air conditioning works very well in the main area but not only ok in the bedroom. We did not use the apartment as a base for Venice so can't comment on how that would work, but it worked great for Marco Polo airport.
