Our room at Casa Villa Gardenia was clean and quiet. The breakfast offered in the morning was good with a variety of options. There is a coffee machine that is capable of making multiple types of good coffee variations. The parking lot for the hotel was also secure with a gate surrounding the entire hotel area. The hotel was a great stay and conveniently located next to the Durando bus stop (line 6) to make the trip to main island of Venezia.

Very big room, very clean. Simple however clean and very well located. The breakfast delicios and the receptionist guy absolutely amazing. Very friendly and helpful.
