The host provides comprehensive service and is very attentive to every detail. I especially appreciated the exceptional security; having four different keys to enter the room made me feel very safe during my stay.
The units are well-insulated from street noise, but the internal soundproofing between rooms could be better.

The owner is perfect personality, she so helpful and she has a special hospitality. We had a great time, close to train station and we had a breakfast in our balcony. It was unbelievable for us.
While I booked here, I suppose that we have a special toilet. This is in pictures There is a toilet-shower inside of the room however we enter to room we couldn’t find the toilet and owner showed the comman area to us. Maybe if she give to another room, we will not have a balcony. Maybe if she ask us, would you like to stay in the balcony room or special toilet? Just for one night we might choose balcony.

Very good location next to the train and bus stations. I guess good value for money given how expensive everything around Venice is.
There was no blanket cover in my room. Thankfully I had sleeping bag, but for 50 eur I would have hoped I wouldn't need a sleeping bag. The owners were (very loudly) arguing with someone on the phone for like an hour in the evening. This was in the apartment, right next to the rooms. Couldn't this hotel business be taken somewhere private, where guests wouldn't have to listen to the shouting?
