Great apartment just outside Venice with parking!

The location is perfect for visiting Venice. Stephano gave us excellent instructions for taking the bus and the stop is only a couple of blocks away. The apartment is super clean. The best part is there is safe off street parking! The neighborhood is nice. Definitely it let recommend and would stay again!

The beds are too firm for our taste. But it would not deter us from staying again.

Excellent stay without any worry or to complaint.

Close proximity to Station Venezia Mestre, bus stops to commute to the island, nearby restaurants, grocery and convenient shops makes it accessible to all needs. Property is clean and tidy. Very helpful host who shared all important information with recommended eating out places, which route to take and from where, before we arrived. We had an excellent two nights stay.

Exceptional host and property

Exceptional host and facilities. Everything was above standard in the way of equipment, space and comfort. Our host provided detailed maps and diagrams on what app that helped locate the supermarket. Restaurants and bus. The bus in and out of Venice centre is a few minutes . Loved our stay here.

A great spot

This property was convenient, just a couple minutes walk from the train station. It was perfectly clean and the comfortable, and the host had kindly provided lots of maps/recommendations for local restaurants, supermarkets and bus stops.

Overall the experience was very positive especially because of the owners.

The location of the property is very good, the bus station for when you want to go to Venice is very close to the property. Furthermore, there is a magazine store from where you can buy bus tickets on route. The bus station for when you return from Venice is almost in front of the property, another big plus. If you come by car, there is parking space inside the property so your car will be safe. Before arrival, the host sent me on WhatsApp a great list with stores, restaurants etc. that can be found near the location but also where are the bus station to Venice located and where you can buy tickets. I can say that the host went above and beyond to provide a lot of great information to make our stay as good as possible.

I think the apartment could have been a little more clean. There was dust near the beds and some spider web in some corners but overall it was ok.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us all the info we needed regarding transportation and good restaurants. The kitchen is well-equipped and easy to use. The apartment is close to a bus station, so it was easy to go to Venice. Also, it is spacious and looks pretty good.

The walls are thin so we could hear all the cars on the road during the night. Also, the apartment gets a little bit colder during the night (February).

Great apartment in Mestre

Stefano was a great host. We organized everything online (checkin and checkout went smoothly), he was very helpful and gave a lot of information about Venice and Mestre, with photos where to find bus stops, where to buy tickets and where to eat. The apartment was really big and well-equipped, suitable for a larger family and for longer stays as well. All rooms were tidy and comfortable. We could park the car in the garden. The location of the house is very convenient: the neighborhood is calm, there is a bus stop nearby, the train station is 6-7 minutes walk.

A nice place, very close to transportation

A big, nice place, with garden and parking. Location is very close to main interest points as transportation and super markets. A BIG PLUS is the kindness of the owners which gave us a lot of useful information regarding transportation and interest points! We would certainly come again in the same place 👍

We liked EVERYTHING!! Stefano gave clear easy instructions on how to find the house and keys. The house was warm and very comfortable. Stefano also gave us great tips about where to eat and how to get cheaply and easily to Venice. We will be back!!

El apartamento era muy amplio, y daba gusto encontrarlo tan calentito cuando volvíamos. Esta muy cerca de un gran supermercado donde puedes comprar todo lo que necesitas y abre todos los días. Muy bien conectado con Venecia y aeropuertos.

Mejoraría un poco las comodidades del baño. Eché en falta una papelera, y las toallas del lavabo mas grandes.

L'appartement est immense, et dispose de deux salles de bain. Il y a une place de stationnement dans la cour fermé. La gare pour Venise est proche, et se rejoint facilement à pied. Et si on préfère le bus, les arrêts sont également prêt de l'appartement. Des restaurants sont à proximité.

Il ne s'agit pas d'une maison comme écrit dans l'annonce, mais uniquement d'un appartement. Les instructions n'étant pas claires, nous avons essayé longuement d'ouvrir la porte du rez-de-chaussée, avant de comprendre que l'appartement se trouvait uniquement en haut. L'escalier est très long et serré, je n'avais jamais vu autant de marches pour un seul étage. Nous avons également eu beaucoup de mal à ouvrir la porte d'entrée, et après, impossible de la fermer. Heureusement que l'entrée se fait d'abord par une véranda, qui était plus facile à ouvrir et à fermer. L'appartement est vieux. La douche est extrêmement serrée, la baignoire est glissante, et l'eau chaude met vraiment 5 minutes à arriver. De plus, nous n'avions que trois rouleaux papiers de toilette, tous déjà bien entamés. Ils ne nous ont pas duré assez longtemps pour notre bref séjour. Quant à la place de parking, nous devions nous garer à un endroit spécifique. Nous pensions avoir la cour pour nous, mais une énorme voiture blanche s'est garé à côté de la nôtre, autant dire que c'était très serré. Nous avons eu peur pour notre voiture !

Die Lage war sehr gut. Alles war sauber und da es Mückengitter an den Fenstern gab, konnten die Fenster auch problemlos geöffnet werden. Der Vermieter war sehr nett.

Doskonała lokalizacja do zwiedzania Wenecji. Bardzo blisko do dworca kolejowego i przystanków autobusowych. W niedalekiej odległości bary, restauracje i sklepy. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z gospodarzem. Apartament po remoncie, w sypialniach i salonie klimatyzacja, dobre wyposażenie kuchni i sypialni, czysto w pomieszczeniach.

Excelente apartamento para visitar Venecia

Excelente apartamento en Marghera, tal vez una opción menos conocida que Mestre, pero igualmente válida para llegar a Venecia. Totalmente reformado y equipado, muy amplio y cómodo, con párking privado en la propiedad. Venecia es fácilmente accesible, el autobús de ida se coge a pocos metros y el de vuelta deja en la propia puerta del apartamento, el trayecto dura 15 minutos. La comunicación con el propietario es muy ágil y se puede recurrir con confianza para cualquier tipo de dudas, además de brindar información muy útil para la estancia.

Secondo me casa non è preparato il modo, giusto.Il bagno non c'è niente manca tutto.Manca sapone manca shampoo, ma non c'è niente per fare doccia.Poi è troppo caldo dentro casa.Sono entrata nella casa c'è aria condizionata condensatore, poi il camera non c'è niente, c'è qualche ventilatore manco Funziona correttamente ha sentito veramente è troppo caldo.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung, groß, sehr geräumig und neu renoviert. Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer vorhanden. Man kommt an und fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Vermieter sind immer erreichbar und haben wertvolle Tipps.

In der Dusche eine Ablage für die Utensilien wäre schön, aber das ist Meckern auf ganz hohem Niveau.

Apartamento amplio, limpio y muy cómodo, con todos los utensilios de cocina necesarios. Excelente ubicación en zona tranquila y a 2 minutos del autobus que te lleva directo a Venecia. La comunicacióm con Stefano fue perfecta y nos dió consejos adicionales. Parking gratis. Muy buena relación calidad precio.
