The host is very responsive and helpful. The location is marvellous, near the bus stop which is at the doorstep and walkable to the train station and easily accessible to the airport. The room is on the first floor with no lift

El apartamento era muy amplio, y daba gusto encontrarlo tan calentito cuando volvíamos. Esta muy cerca de un gran supermercado donde puedes comprar todo lo que necesitas y abre todos los días. Muy bien conectado con Venecia y aeropuertos.
Mejoraría un poco las comodidades del baño. Eché en falta una papelera, y las toallas del lavabo mas grandes.

The location is perfect for visiting Venice. Stephano gave us excellent instructions for taking the bus and the stop is only a couple of blocks away. The apartment is super clean. The best part is there is safe off street parking! The neighborhood is nice. Definitely it let recommend and would stay again!
The beds are too firm for our taste. But it would not deter us from staying again.

L'appartement est immense, et dispose de deux salles de bain. Il y a une place de stationnement dans la cour fermé. La gare pour Venise est proche, et se rejoint facilement à pied. Et si on préfère le bus, les arrêts sont également prêt de l'appartement. Des restaurants sont à proximité.
Il ne s'agit pas d'une maison comme écrit dans l'annonce, mais uniquement d'un appartement. Les instructions n'étant pas claires, nous avons essayé longuement d'ouvrir la porte du rez-de-chaussée, avant de comprendre que l'appartement se trouvait uniquement en haut. L'escalier est très long et serré, je n'avais jamais vu autant de marches pour un seul étage. Nous avons également eu beaucoup de mal à ouvrir la porte d'entrée, et après, impossible de la fermer. Heureusement que l'entrée se fait d'abord par une véranda, qui était plus facile à ouvrir et à fermer. L'appartement est vieux. La douche est extrêmement serrée, la baignoire est glissante, et l'eau chaude met vraiment 5 minutes à arriver. De plus, nous n'avions que trois rouleaux papiers de toilette, tous déjà bien entamés. Ils ne nous ont pas duré assez longtemps pour notre bref séjour. Quant à la place de parking, nous devions nous garer à un endroit spécifique. Nous pensions avoir la cour pour nous, mais une énorme voiture blanche s'est garé à côté de la nôtre, autant dire que c'était très serré. Nous avons eu peur pour notre voiture !
