Clean and spacious room. Stuff were helpful as we had to check in after 8pm and responded to our messages quickly. Good area near the train station and buses.

The number od phone registered at hotels.com is from secretary inside the apartment and is not always available because there is not always anyone. At first day told me I booked with breakfast, last day told me it wasn't booked with breakfast and thats gift for us.

If you're looking for a five star hotel with all the service and quality that comes with it, keep searching. But if you just want a good place to stay a night or two (don't really need more to see Venice and Mestre) in a comfortable bed, with a good wifi, clean bathroom and a good location - this is the place. It's not really a hotel in the sense that it doesn't have a reception, lobby or anything like that. But using your own key, you can come and go as you like and it's not more than a 12-15 minutes walk to the railway station, where you can jump on a train to Venice City Centre (Venice Santa Lucia Station), tickets are only €1.30 for an adult. Be aware though, that the street from the railway station to the hotel is a bit shady in the nights. I walked past two men getting into a fight with each other out on the street, around midnight on a Tuesday evening. The police arrived quite fast though and it wasn't anything worse than the regular bar fight, basically. Still though, the first few blocks around Mestre railway station do feel a bit unsafe in the nights, much like around most railway stations in Italy. Apart from this, if you want to visit Venice but you're not looking to spend €150 (and upwards!) per night staying in the city centre, this is a very good option. Simple but clean and great value for money.

I must mention the name of hotel staff Joseph. He is very knowledgeable and polite and is very helpful. The hotel is bit far from Venice but the bus communication is pretty good. The breakfast quality can be improved. One croissouant and cappuccino are not enough. Best wishes from Wiesbaden, Germany.

Easy Venice is what you can expect from a bed and breakfast and offers that too.For those who expect more luxury etc, they have to look for something else. However, if you want a good drop-off base for Venice this is a good accommodation. It is central to the bus to Venice, the center of Mestre shops/supermarket and the station.

You can not leave your luggage keeping after leaving the room. We wanted to go for a walk and there was no where to keep the equipment until we get back.

The room is comfortable and clean. It's on the ground floor, so no need for an elevator, just a few stairs up to the main level. There is a small fridge and a tv. At the windows you can close the wooden shutters for more privacy. The bathroom is an ok size with a towel warmer. Hotel is located close to Mestre city center. I recommend a walk around the city centre, and if you're there on the weekend, check out the couple open air stalls. The staff are friendly but you can only reach them by email or call if you need something, they are not in the office 24 hours. But all the info I needed I got in the first few minutes of checking in. Also if there is anything wrong at nights, you have to wait till the next morning to get it fix. You are given a couple keys to get into your room, and the card attached to the keys must be in the slot to get power to the room. So you can't lock or unlock the door with the lights on.

This hotel is in the Mestre neighborhood, which is right by the train station and 20 minutes from the airport. It is very ideal for travelers who don't mind not being on the main island of Venice. The rooms were spotless and very very new. I felt like I was the first guest to stay in my modern-styled room. The bathrooms were very clean and overall the building is quiet. The bus stop is right outside on the street and takes you straight to Venice. Hot showers, TV (all channels in italian), and perfect size for a solo traveler or couple. Unbeatable price! The wifi also is very strong and reliable. I usually don't leave recommendations but after a long journey of traveling, staying at Easy Venice Rooms really made my stay in Venice a great one. You are required to respond to the post-confirmation email sent by Easy Venice Rooms. This is to set a check-in time so the receptionist can guarantee she will be there. This is more of a ball-park time. Teresa is very very accommodating and nice - she waited for me even though I took the wrong train and showed up an hour late after my check-in time. Protip- I stayed in room 10, it was very nice and clean and modern!

The bed was very uncomfortable, we felt the bed springs like pieces of metal in our backs, we tried to turn the mattress but it did not help. The check in was very inconvenience. We informed in the night before that we need to set an appointment for check in, as a travelers (from slovenia) the time of arrival depended on so many thing. Although we informed our arraival time 2 hours before, nobody answer the phone or the door and only after an hour of waiting outside we managed to check in. There was no parking for us (our booking from Expedia wasn't enough). We had to park in the street (a busy one) and pay for that. Welcome was not pleasant. The room was clean and we got good directions to Venezia.
