The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, with great welcoming touches like complimentary wine and coffee. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. We loved the location—it is in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance of great restaurants and a grocery store, yet conveniently close to a bus stop for a quick ride into Venice. The owner was also highly responsive initially, quickly resolving an initial check-in delay and getting us inside within 10 minutes.

While the main living areas were clean, the deep cleaning was lacking, evidenced by dirt accumulated in the corners and empty toilet paper rolls left behind. More frustratingly, the toilet seat was completely broken and felt unsafe—a known issue from past reviews that we were assured had been resolved. It took until our fourth day for a technician to fix it, and we had to sacrifice our own vacation time to let him in. Furthermore, despite asking four times, promised basic amenities like dish soap were never delivered. For guests spending significant money on a vacation, managing maintenance issues and repeatedly begging for basic supplies creates unnecessary frustration.

L'appartamento è un gioiellino, molto accogliente, silenzioso e vicino alla fermata del bus che in dieci minuti ti porta a Venezia.

È un peccato che non venga sfruttato al meglio perché arrivando la prima cosa che dovete fare è pulire. Veramente una pecca che si fa sentire la scarsa pulizia.

Fantastico! Posizione incredibile. Pulizia impeccabile, interni curati e quel tocco veneziano che fa sognare. L'host è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile. Mi sono sentito a casa, anzi, meglio! Assolutamente da consigliare!

Tem uma boa localização, num lugar calmo e próximo dos acessos aos transportes públicos.

Não havia papel higiénico, que é uma coisa básica. As roupas das camas e toalhas estavam impecáveis, no entanto o apartamento estava sujo, principalmente a casa de banho.
