The genuine and warm hospitality from the entire staff made our stay truly exceptional.
Everything was great overall. If I had to mention anything, the hot water supply in the restroom was inconsistent or cold. I was unsure how the water heater (geyser) system operated, and I didn't ask the staff for clarification, so this was a very minor issue on my part.
