Cosy Dani stay, easy access to Venice

The accommodation is realistically an 8/10, but I am giving it a 10 to help improve its unfairly low rating. The bedroom was spacious, the shared bathroom (with two other rooms) was clean, and the property felt very safe. There was a functional kitchen (perfect to prepare breakfast), air conditioning that was sufficient to cool the room, and a responsive host who was available whenever needed. They also allowed us to store our luggage free of charge and provided us with a confirmation document that exempted us from paying the Venice city tax. Location is great. 5 min walk to a big supermarket and many local restaurants and about 6-7 min to the train/bus stations. Great value for the money.

The surrounding area may feel unusual, with many people from different backgrounds gathering nearby, but this is generally applicable to the wider Mestre area and is not specific to this accommodation. Accessing the room is quite an adventure — you need to use 4 different keys before reaching your room on the 3rd floor (+ ground floor) of a large house. There is no elevator, so access is via stairs only. The bathroom is shared with two other rooms, but this is clearly stated in the listing and is common for many budget accommodations in the Venice area. The interior is somewhat dated (old). This is also typical of many properties in Venice. However, in my opinion, with a relatively small investment the apartment could be significantly refreshed and made much more attractive.

Das Zimmer war sauber und groß, die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und eigentlich hat man alles was man braucht.

Leider waren Bad und Küche nicht wirklich sauber, aber noch ok, aber definitiv in die Jahre gekommen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde die Duschamatur ausgewechselt.

Приятные хозяева, чистый, красивый дом, большая кухня. Действительно супер близко от вокзала и очень удобно дойти за несколько минут.

В описании номера было сказано что есть терасса, но выяснилось что она в других номерах и ещё на общей кухне. Мне было важно её наличие. Также район конечно вокруг дома очень тревожный, вечерами тусовки странных личностей. Учитывайте что район не благополучный.

Blízkost nádraží, prostorný pokoj, komunikace bez problémů, tichý pokoj do vnitrobloku.

Tři pokoje v bývalém bytě a jedna sdílená koupelna s WC dohromady nebylo úplně ideální řešení. Vybavení starší a občas již dost použité, ne úplně čisté ubytování.
