Very nice appartment in a good location.

Very comfortable room. It is very close to the train station. Cleaning service was good and there was access to an equipped kitchen. There was heating ans warm water 24 hours. The communication with the stuff was very good.

The room is fine and clean enough if you can actually manage to check in. Communication and staff were appalling and we waited over an hour in the rain when they didn’t show for the pre-arranged check-in time despite multiple phone calls. I would recommend booking elsewhere to avoid the unnecessary hassle. Also I don’t think it would have been intentional but we had no toilet rolls provided in our room so had to buy our own.

Got scammed! We paid extra for the “Balcony suite”but instead of the advertised room with the balcony we got a smaller room with no balcony. Host pointed to a balcony in the common area next to the reception and said that is it. This was clearly different to the booking.com pictures. Bed was super worn out with a pit in the middle and super uncomfortable.

Really good hotel

It was really good and confortable, it looks exactly like on the pictures, it was clean and the location is the best of all. And you can find a lot of restaurant for a dinner or breakfast in the near and also a mini market so it is really good.

there is not ring on the door and I didn’t receive instructions from the hotel about it, so if you are a tourist and maybe you don’t have a data on your phone, it will be hard to call the personal of the hotel because there is not ring, information or an outside reception (the reception in on the second floor)

The hotel is really nice for a short stay in Venice. Very nice location, super convenient to get to the old city and back. The room is spacious and the bathroom is also good. The staff is friendly and helpful!

The beds are a bit too soft, but it was alright for a one-night stay.

Great location, everything from transport to food shops etc within 5 minutes. Spacious interior with communal kitchen. Their choice of mattress type is a disaster, the worst three nights I’ve experienced in a long time. They’ve tried to make the bathroom the equal of a high end hotel and this does nothing for the appeal of the place, the loose steel trim around waste less shower tray is ready to cut someone’s toes off, a worrying maintenance item. Quiet and clean with just one floor of stairs to climb.

Decent accomodations near train station but a bit sketchy to get in and bad services and overcharges

This is a very nice room close to the train station in Mestre with a large bathroom and there is use of the shared kitchen facilities for making coffee in the morning or cooking.

Despite the fact that they tell you there is a buzzer the entrance has no buzzer, just a sign to call, you have to call them and wait for someone to come; if you don't have a phone that is working a big problem, I took me a few tries to get through and waiting on the street there is not so nice. The hot water didn't work, I was unable to take a shower at all the first day despite waiting until noon for them to fix it. The hotel charged me tourist tax even though I had already stayed in another hotel and didn't owe it, as per the city of Venice Web site, but they insisted. Homeless junkies on street between hotel and train station at night.

Great location Nice staffs

Location is close to train station. There is a desk and a closet in the room. Bathroom is quite small but it is clean. Hairdryer is provided. There is a fridge that you can store some food in the room. Kitchen is well-equipped. There is a fridge, a kettle, a microwave, a stove, plates, mugs and etc. Public space is quite large.

Room is quite small because we can not really open our luggage fully. We asked for leaving the luggage after check out but they could only offer until 3 pm. The socket in the room is quite little for two people use it. Wifi suddenly can not use in the morning. Stove in the kitchen is not working because it is quite late, so we didn't bother the staff for solving our question. It would be nice if you provide the tiny oven instead of the grill bread machine.

Disappointing experience.

The manager was nice and accommodating. Helped us with our luggage, and solved a pro lemon regarding air conditioning that we had quite late in the evening. The location is great. Only 5 min walk from the train station, and bus stations. Lot's of cafés and restaurants around. Quiet street. For us the location was critical, as I needed something in short dista from train station and from the rental car drop off. This was perfect for me.

The hotel is actually an apartment that was remodelled into a mini hotel. First floor, no elevator. If you have heavy luggage, the logistic is not optimal. There is bad soundproofing. Unfortunately, we heard all the noises and conversations of our neighbours through the wall. When you enter the room, there is a step. At night, it is hazardous, as you can trip and injure. The room itself is spartan and small for a stay of 3 people. But it was expected. The mattress was terrible - lumpy and in places too soft or too firm. The pillows were like stone, too hard. It was really uncomfortable for me as well as for my children. The cleanliness was OK. But in the bathroom, part of the closet under the sink was damaged by a fire (maybe...), the toilet flush button was getting stuck after every use and water was running down the toilet which made lots of noise and required getting there one more time to push the button again and again to stop it. The water fosset in the shower was very flimsy, and the water pressure was very low. There were several cocroaches spotted in the bathroom, which caused several very unpleasant moments for my kids and me. After checking in, we went out, when returned late in the evening, the AC was not working Had to contact the manager of the place, he came after about 2p minutes and it took long time to fix the problem. Apparently, there is one main engine for all the AC's in the facility, so when other guests pressed some buttons on their remote, everything stopped working properly... All in all, the stay was unfortunately very uncomfortable. Could not get much sleep. And I would not recommend this place to stay, or visit again, for mentioned reasons.

1. They shouldn't get a reservation of family with kids. It's totally criminal street and part of city. My kids were scared just in the beginning. 2. There were a bugs in the room. We just realized it very late. 3. Don't believe to the pictures of room. (Wide angle). Rooms are very small and uncomfortable. 4. No shower gel in bathroom. 5. When other people were speaking on balcony all sounds is here in your room. There is no any soundisolation. It was a terrible experience to staying here.

There's a common area with a kitchenette, couch and balcony. Quite a great value for the convenience to the train station, it's like a 5 minute walk.

A comfortable stay near the train station.

The room was clean and the beds were comfy (the mattress was the memory foam type in our room which took a few nights to get used to for me). The location is great....next to great Chinese food and very close to the train station.

We arrived much earlier than anticipated so it did take us a bit of time to get ahold of the staff member to let us in, but that is OK as we did our laundry down the street while we waited. You do need to inform that staff by Whatsapp in advance of your arrival as there is not always someone in the actual office most of the time. The bathroom was a bit tricky to use as the shower head holder was broken and it was hard to use. The toilet likes to constantly flush so you need to 'jiggle it a bit'.

It was a perfect match for us in all respect. Close to the station. The owner stay there, which means effortless check in and check out. And more importantly not being driven by a faceless machine. Host agreed to keep our luggage for sometime after check out which was very kind.

Average accommodation according to the price

The location was great. It was close to the train station from where you could get to Venice in 10 minutes. Also, it was close to the bus station for Marco Polo airport. It's a quiet place and has everything you need.

The bathroom did not look so clean, especially the shower's floor. The morning we left, we saw a huge cockroach in the bedroom. We could not find any slippers in the room, so if you dont like walking bare foot or in your socks, consider taking one pair with you.
