Anda Venice Hostel

Very reasonable price for Venice stay for such a clean comfortable place. Very close to train station and bus stop to take you to center of the city which only takes 10 minutes to go to Statzione Santa Lucia or Piazzale Roma. Room and bed& sheets are very clean and comfortable. Hostel has different common areas for socializing or working and all are comfortable. During my stay there were DJ parties at nights to have fun all loud and energetic :)) But the rooms are very quite and comfortable. I stayed in 9 -Bed Mixed Dormitory Room, everyone was quite, respectful and clean.

room is clean and really near train station like 5 minuits walk, staffs is nice and they provide all the information of how to travel in venice at the board

sometimes they have a party so we cant use kitchen area, abit not comfortable when you see lots of people at the ground floor with the guard that you have to show your booking before can reach reception just because they have a party

The location, facilities, price

Location was optimal, very close to the train station for quick access to Venice. The hotel was clean, it's great they offer meals (breakfast & dinner some nights) as well as nightly activities in the common area, even laundry. Note: I didn't personally take advantage of them, but it was great to have the option.

The rooms were great, the only caveat is the (lack of) air conditioning. We kept the window closed, as the window was labeled "window open = air con off". The room did not cool down, there was zero indication the air conditioning was on. All the people in my room commented on the heat, we were sweating through the night. None of us are convinced the air con works at all, even if the window had been closed for quite a while. This was frustrating, and made it difficult to sleep, especially as air conditioning was included as a listed as a facility for the bedrooms.
