Beautiful property with lovely decor. Every little thing had been thought about from parking to toiletries to robes and slippers to comfortable bedding. Very easy to get into Venice. Katia was an absolutely amazing host. She was friendly and couldn’t do enough to help my family and I. The breakfast she prepared was exceptional and so tasty. Honestly one of the most comfortable and best stays we have ever had! Thank you so much. We hope to return!

The apartments exceeded all our expectations. The host, Katia, helped us with everything, gave us tips on how to get to the places we needed, and prepared incredibly beautiful and delicious breakfasts every morning. The location is very convenient — there is a tram stop just a 3-minute walk away, and it takes about 20 minutes to get to Venice.
One thing to note is that this was my first time staying in a bed and breakfast, so it’s important to understand that it’s one large apartment with separate lockable rooms, and there may be other guests staying nearby. However, this did not take away from the experience at all — the great atmosphere in the rooms and the outstanding breakfasts really set the tone for the entire trip, and we left very satisfied with our stay.
These are not really downsides, but rather suggestions. First, in one of our rooms there was an adapter with 6 USB Type-A ports, while most modern devices use Type-C chargers. Luckily, I had the right cables with me and was able to use it, but the adapter could be updated. In the same room, the wardrobe was not very convenient, and the hanger rail was placed quite high. It was not easy to use, even with the special stick provided to reach the hangers.

Very good location, close to tram station that takes you to Venice in 15 mins (tram T1 from platform A1). Very clean and nice design. The host is very nice. Very good breakfast.

Me gustó todo, a destacar la amabilidad de Katia y los desayunos que prepara con todo detalle, hasta cubiertos de plata, son muy ricos y abundantes. La ubicación también nos gustó, coges el Tranvía que te lleva a Venecia en 15 minutos a dos calles del alojamiento. Y las habitaciones son muy cómodas y bonitas, al igual que la estancia donde desayunas.
