The place is very close to the main train station of Venice ,also there is a big supermarket next to it. The welcome was very good and Saif the owner is a really kindness person ,he helped us a lot and gave us a good feeling.
Make sure that the room u choose no one can sit behind your window and smoke an talk.

Close to train station to go to venice. Big rooms and private bathroom. The place seemed newly renovated. Luggage storage and friendly staff. A big dinner table to eat. There are a few good chinese restaurants very near by. The grocery store is 3 minutes walk- very close.
The place had a odd moldy smell and i think the odor was coming from the floor. Perhaps an old moldy mop was being used to clean. It made the place smell like a senior living facility. Also, you are not allowed to cook in the kitchen.

Clean, very spacious apartment, with comfortable beds and lots of seating. Great location close to the train station, in a quiet area.
