It is in a prime location, just a 10-minute walk from Venezia Porto Marghera railway station. The surrounding area is predominantly residential, so it is fairly quiet in the evenings. You will need to pay an additional tourist tax or similar charge in person; I can’t quite recall the exact name of it.
There is an iron gate separating the pavement from the property. When you check in or check out, as you do not have a key, you need the owner to open the gate for you. However, if you are checking out early, it can be difficult to get hold of the owner on the phone to ask them to open the gate, and this caused us to lose some time.

Gute Lage, neben Bahnhof, 5 min Fußweg. Das Zimmer selbst war gut, im Bad hat man auch alles was man brauchen könnte.
Am zweite Nacht war die Heizung aus, wir sind fast durchgefroren. Das Bad könnte besser gereinigt werden, Duschkabine war schmutzig. Die Betwäsche oder ich denke eher Kissen und Matratze haben gerochen, durch Feuchtigkeit.

Nous n’avons pas d’eau chaude de manière continue, ensuite le ménage est très léger, les équipements sont succinct
