Great location and value.

I like the cleanliness, easy to park and ride the train to Venice and the staff is wonderful. Angelo is helpful, communicative and gives the best advices in Venice and surroundings.

There some minor maintenance to be done, but at the end of the day did not change the experience.

Ok for sleeping close to Venice

The stuff was the best part of the hotel - they were super nice, helpful and considerate. The size of the room was also ok and it was very close to the bus that can take you to Venice centre in 15 minutes

Although it was quite clean, there was mold in the bathroom. The bed was hard so it wasn’t super comfy. Also, there was no glasses, cups, or electric kettle in the room (luckily the lovely staff borrowed us all these on request). Therefore, it was bare minimum where you can just clean yourself up and go to sleep

The room size was fairly good, we had a big balcony

The beds were really uncomfortable, the was a lot of noise in the hallways at night, the bathroom could be cleaner and the shower does need a biiiig cleaning. Don't expect a big breakfast, it's quite small but perfect to be honest.

Convenient location, close to the train station and bus stop. Very friendly staff, they answered all our questions. There was a parking spot for the car. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed.

Ideal for short stay, with great transport links into Venice.

Location good, only 5 mins walk & you have several small supermarkets, cafes & frequent buses to Venice itself. Host Angelo was exceptional, very friendly & nothing was too much trouble for him. Bedroom was a decent size, with simple traditional furniture, everything very clean. Continental breakfast was very good & well presented.

Shower was very small. Bedroom decor could be improved & we did find the beds uncomfortable & hard. An upgrade on mattresses should be looked at for a good nights sleep.

Too expensive

The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. It was a very short walk to the train station to take the train into Venice.

The hotel is old and a little worn. Rooms are bare and resemble dorms. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable- but towels and bedding were new and fresh.

It was a great stay, and good value for our money. The friendly staff is what stays in our memory.

The reception people were very friendly and competent and had many suggestions about things to do in Venice. They also made restaurant reservations for us. Parking was possible for free at the premises. The location is very close to the train station and several restaurants are within a few minutes walking time.

It was quite loud in the evening, it would be good to require all guests to be silent after 10pm, e.g. by posting house rules.

On the street you have to pay for parking. You can park on the property but in that case you have to leave the car key there in case they have to move your car.

good weather for money and great for a short trip to Venice

five minutes walking distance to train station. Then 13 minutes by train to Venice main station. Free parking in the yard is a definite plus. Supermarkets nearby walking distance. Even after we left, we were advised to park in the street - it’ll cost you less than €10 for a whole day. Even less if you plan to stay shorter. The owner let us leave the car even before check in. it could use a renovation, but location is perfect and good value for money.

The location is excellent, a 5-minute walk to Venezia Mestre train station. The staff was welcoming and friendly, and always ready to help in case of questions or additional requests. The room and bathroom were clean and we had our bedsheets and towels changed daily. Overall a great stay!
