The appartament was very clean, the host was very amable, chek out simple. The bus station for venece is across the street, it take 10-15 min by buss to venece. Buss is until 12 p.m. The apartment has everything what you need, inclusive iron.

Spacious but basic

The unit was close to bus service into Venice... very easy to do. Two bedrooms, with private bathroom and a washing machine which was great. Kitchen facilities were basic and not as clean or inviting as we were expecting (greasy and cups coffee stained), but hey we could be a bit fussy. Bed and bath linen was cheap and thin, so not representing the 9 plus rating that caught our eye. The rooms smelt stale and perhaps a bit smokey... could do with some air freshener. We would rate it more in the 7.8 category, less than 8 anyways. However, we don't have anything else in Venezia to make a fair comparison. The entrance to the building felt a bit dodgy or not so safe, however we stayed with no problems. Would be great for a family travelling together. Parking the car was easy out on a closed street.

Very friendly and accommodating appartment owner, would let us check in early and check out late as out child was ill. Spacious and comfortable appartment with great location (great restaurants and public transport just around), also it has everything you need - washing machine, kitchen etc.

Quiet, Great location

Micros was an exceptional host, going out of his way to pick us up from the airport and always being easily accessible when we needed assistance. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed and was located in a peaceful area, with all essentials nearby and within walking distance, including the bus stop for getting to Venice.

Superb

The property was exactly as described. We were traveling with a car so we needed a place outside of Venice. In the same time right in-front of the place there is a bus station and the bus takes you to Venice in like 10-15 minutes. If you prefer train, the train station is like 15 minutes walk which we did 2-3 time because it was a nice walk. Around the place there were a couple of places you could have dinner, which we visited. Rooms were large and comfy. Hosts were very helpful.

The apartment is big with lots of natural light, suited for families; kitchen well equiped. Excellent hosts, Mircos and his wife; waited for us with the keys and lots of info about the neighborhood and how to get to Venice.

The apartment is very large, the owner is very kind and takes good care of it.

Like all other places, the owners of this house are also bouncing back to business so it will take them some time to fix things. The washing machine wasn't working that is hopefully fixed now.

The place is next to the bus stop, easy to find and to park. It is equipped with kitchen and is very clean.

One of the beds is not possible to use and schould be replaced. There were only small towels in bathroom. There is only one air- conditioner for 3 rooms.

Great apartment for a family in Venice

It is a very nice accomodation to visit Venice. The ride with the bus takes some time, but that was to be expected, with buses running very regularly, never had to wait more than 10 minutes. The apartment is well furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. Although the apartment building is close to a major road, the noise cannot be heard.

There are unfortunately not that many options to shop around, but Mircos has listed all the information necessary to make it easier. And even if the road cannot be heard, the noises in the neighbouring apartment can be heard loud and clear.
