La proximité de l’arrêt de bus allant directement à Venise, la propreté, le calme, l’accueil du propriétaire.

La posizione eccellente e vicinissima alla fermata del bus per Venezia. Siamo riusciti a riposare abbastanza bene. Per un soggiorno di 2 giorni ci siamo trovati bene. Il ragazzo è stato molto disponibile e gentile.
La pulizia non era eccelsa, soprattutto in bagno. La nostra camera confinava con l’appartamento a fianco e si sentiva tutto. Mancanza del phon in bagno, forse qualcuno lo ha portato via.

The bed was super comfy and room was very spacious. I had the entire bathroom to myself, as there were no adjacent people across from me.

- The host is writing there is air con (central without option to control in your room) that is true but HE TURN IT ON JUST FOR 1 HOUR MAXIMUM 2 after 9 pm AND IT'S NOT ENOUGH. You can't breathe at all, I was feeling like a dog closed in the car during summer, there was absolutely not any oxygen I couldn't sleep there at all and I never ever complained about this anywhere in my life. (Visited in August 34°day 25° night) You can't open the window because there are tons of mosquitoes, we did it once and had 3 mosquitoes in the room even though there is a net. You can't open your door because if someone passes the corridor automatic lights turn on or better say REFLECTOR turn on and it wakes you up, it feels like 1000 W - there are multiple people in the flat.
There is not even a fan or anything to make it better, it's just pure dissatisfaction to stay in this accommodation.
