Clean and tidy. Air conditioning. Facilities like washing machine & great kitchen utensils (pots / frypans) to make meals to eat in rather than out. There was a problem on check in and it was resolved quickly which we really appreciated.
A blind / shutter in the bathroom would be excellent as this would reduce the heat that filled this space in the afternoon. Minor detail as if door closed it worked but was a sauna when opened.
