Good location bus stop for Venice just around the corner. Supermarket on street corner. Small balconies front and back of apartment and a small garden area in front of the apartment block. Nice toiletries, great shower. Would be good to have somewhere to hang used towels as only one bath towl supplied per person.
Room layout is not what is advertised. Main bedroom 1 double bed, second bedroom one single bed. Wardrobes too high to use. Double sofa bed in lounge, comfortable but no storage and no pillows or cover for downie. No additional bed available. Shutters for windows very hard to lock. Furthermore the security deposit is not taken in cash as stated on Booking.com site but is taken by credit card. WARNING - We made the most of our time in the apartment and did not intend to write a poor report however please be aware that you are required to leave the apartment keys in the flat at the end of your holiday. We did this but then were accused of having lost a set of keys - which we never had in the first place. 100 euros was taken from our card and only after complaining did we manage to get 50 euro back. The management company blamed us despite having no proof we have been given another set of keys. They also said we had broken a toilet but we had reported that it was broken on our arrival and had proof of this so they dropped their accusation. The sink in the small toilet was blocked and we had to fix it to let it drain. The coffee maker was jammed and could not be used. The company managing the appartment is perhaps not as thorough as they should be. We are totally disgusted with the way we have been treated.
