The boy misunderstood the check-in time and had poor English skills. But he still did a good job of making sure we checked in early as agreed. He even cleaned the room himself (if he doesn't always do that)
Initially, I was assigned to a different room than the one I had reserved. Then the shower was clogged, I reported it, but no one ever fixed it. Only one electrical outlet in the room was working. The room wasn't cleaned very well: the mirror was dirty, there was dust, and there was even a sticky mark on the nightstand from something that had been there before, but no one cleaned it up. All they had to do was wipe it down. There was only one roll of toilet paper, which ran out quickly, and there was no spare. Apparently, they are afraid that people will take it with them, but excuse me, there should always be at least two rolls when people arrive. We bought napkins. The towels had stains, but they assured me that they were clean and washed. If you have long, thick hair, it's better to bring your own hair dryer. They have one, but it's so weak that it takes an hour to dry your hair. And you need to have an adapter. Even the hair dryer I bought at a nearby store didn't fit the outlet. I had to somehow pull out the adapter from the kitchen hood, which was covered in grease.

The location is very good, really close to the railway station and bus stops. There are foodstores nearby. The room was warm and clean, and the bedsheets were sparkling white. We were rather scared after having read previous reviews about bedbugs but have not seen anything of the sort. The public areas were fine too. The bathroom was clean and stocked with lots of shampoo/gel/soap and toilet paper as well as a hair dryer. The kitchen had everything necessary (stove, kettle, microwave, dishes and cooking utensils). The wifi worked fine. The person who gave us the keys replied to our messages promptly and was very friendly and helpful (thanks for answering all our questions and being user oriented!)
We were also lucky with having quiet neighbours and did not get disturbed at night. Overall it was quite a decent deal for the price.
The sign with the name of the guest house is rather small and can be missed when looking for the place.
Also it is necessary to contact (write or call) the hotel staff in order to check in. This is inconvenient for international travellers who may not have mobile internet or local phone packages. It would be great to establish a remote check-in system.
Also the shower door does not close fully - just a little bit so it does not bother much but would be nice to have it fixed.
Same with the stove: not all the burners work. At least 2 work so it is possible to cook food.
Another suggestion for an low cost improvement would be some hooks in the room to hang towels on during the night.
Altogether I rate it 9 out of 10 keeping in mind that this is not a luxury place so expectations should not be high.

Lo único bueno es que el encargado mandó a alguien a recibirnos antes de la hora que marcaba el check in y eso ayudó bastante porque estaba haciendo muchísimo frío y el acceso a la casa de huéspedes no está fácil.
Cuando nos entregaron la habitación, había un par de calcetines sucios aún lado de la cama, el chico que nos entregó la habitación se dió cuenta, al descender la cama para acostarnos había pelos en ella. La almohada estaba toda amarillenta. Como era baño compartido tenías que esperar bastante para bañarte porque el agua en la regadera quedaba estancada después de que alguien se bañaba, el lavabo estaba lleno de pelos y ni había toallas para bañarse, no hay nadie disponible para alguna situación, en los días que estuvimos ahí nadie se presentó a limpiar o llevarse basura. El dueño solo fue a cobrar el impuesto en efectivo por huésped que se cobra.
