Apartment dirty and not well maintained

the beds were relatively comfortable and most facilities were working

Generally, the apartment was dirty and not well maintained. There were also glass shards in the bathroom and bedroom, which one of us stepped on and got injured from. The kitchen had pots and pans and cutlery but many were dirty. The shower space was very small and there was no shelf to put our toiletries on.

location couldn't be better if you want to visit Venice, it's literally less than two minutes away from stazione mestre. staff was very nice

the whole apartment is in a rough shape, it's pretty dirty and very old. bathroom is really terrible, the water randomly changes temperature often. if you don't care about the conditions and just want to visit Venice with cutting costs as much as possible, it's a place for you, but make sure you understand that. we had to wait for over an hour for someone to show up with the keys.

Bad apartment with good location to visit Venice.

Its is very close to the railway station (Mestre), so it is easy to reach Venice. The host was also there and helpful.

The whole building and the apartment is in very bad condition, old and dirty. The whole area is also not very attractive.

It did the job but did not make us feel comfortable. The hosts were very helpful and nice.

Excellent location, in walking distance to train station even with lots of baggage but stairs to 3 rd floor were hard. They did let us store unnecessary luggage on first floor.

The apartment had minimal furnishings, 2 double beds, a table in the kitchen with 4 chairs, an odd dresser in one bedroom and a table no chairs in the other bedroom. It was cold with no heat on until we figured out the thermostat. The linens were rough, but clean. Most was clean but not in depth or new.

Second day thay close the HOT water (we didnt have shover) Second day thay close heating, we was lucky it was not so much cold. NO living room. 2 rooms - 2 tv and only 1 remote ;)

If you are looking for cheaper room then this will be good and its very near to Venice. The bus or train station is near by so in 15 minutes you will reach Venice.

If you are looking for comfort this is not for you. I had spent a sleepless night, with my family. Room no 22 had bugs in the bed. Around 11 o'clock I felt something in my hand and woke up. There were bugs everywhere. My daughter and wife were sleeping. I was trying to remove the bugs but they were keep on coming. I had to report that and I got an another room. But this was really unexpected...

недалеко от Венеции, но не достаточно чисто

за полчаса можно добраться до Венеции. можно было припарковать машину по домом. В принципе в квартире было всё самое необходимое

в апартаментах нужно провести серьёзную уборку. на одну ночь это ещё терпимо, но дольше уже неприятно. Апартаменты находятся на 4 этаже и лифта нет, неудобно с чемоданами

A vasútállomás 2 perc, ezért választottuk ezt a szállást egy éjszakára, így Velencébe vonattal mentünk be. (1,5 eur/fő a vonatjegy egy útra) Parkolás az udvarban. Szállás átvétel rugalmas.

Több napot nem szívesen töltenék itt el. Tágas szobák, de nagyon régies a berendezése.

Sejurul a fost minunat

Locatie foarte buna pentru cei ce pun pe primul plan o calatorie reusita și apoi comfortul. Spatiul genreros pentru patru persoane, oferă conditii bune de odihna si folosirea unei bucatarii utilate cu principalele obiecte casnice pentru gatit. Aproape de gara si statia de autobuz 15 minute pana la Venetia. Avand în vedere că o calatorie costă 7,5 euro, recomand abonament valabil pentru autobuz si vaporeto pe toate liniile incusiv la insule. Noi am luat pe 7 zile 60 euro de persoană, dar a fost foarte util. Gazda foarte amabila.

Zugraveala peretilor este veche, mobila învechita, nu are scaune pe terasa.
