Molto comodo ai mezzi e la casa è bella grande, con ottimi spazi. Parcheggiare l’auto è molto comodo. L’Host è stato anche molto disponibile.
La casa era fredda quando siamo arrivati e il termostato non sembra funzionasse. Abbiamo cercato, anche con l’aiuto dell’host a farlo partire, ma senza successo. Fortunatamente c’era lo split con pompa di calore che ha aiutato. Consiglierei solamente di far scaldare la casa per tempo all’arrivo degli ospiti.

Le logement est un peu éloigné de Venise, mais il est très bien desservi par les transports en commun : un bus direct pour la gare (15 min) qui poursuit ensuite jusqu'à piazzale Roma (30 min.), ainsi qu’un tram direct pour piazzale Roma (30 min.), ce qui est vraiment pratique. De plus, il y a un supermarché juste à côté, ce qui facilite grandement les courses. La propriétaire est très attentive et répond rapidement à toutes les questions, ce qui est un vrai plus.
La deuxième chambre n'est pas vraiment une chambre à coucher, mais plutôt une pièce avec un lit. Ce n'était pas idéal pour moi. De plus, cette pièce était un peu humide (compris dans le contexte de la zone), bien que des déshumidificateurs étaient fournis. Pour une ou deux nuits, ça reste acceptable, mais à long terme, ça pourrait être moins confortable. Enfin, il y avait des sachets de thés / tisanes, et aussi une cafetière, mais pas de café fourni, ce qui est un petit détail, mais qui aurait été sympa pour le confort des hôtes.

La situación era perfecta, parking enfrente de la puerta, tranvía a Venecia a 1 minuto. El apartamento es amplio, acogedor y la zona tranquila.
La televisión no es Smart TV, el tendedero de la ropa está lleno de vegetación y no se puede usar. Cafetera muy pequeña (un servicio)
