The location is convenient to Venice, the area, house, and yard are peaceful, and the rooms themselves are quite comfortable. The price for the rooms is an excellent value for the wider Venice area.
There were multiple errors in communication (the contact number provided was obsolete and initial instructions were sent late and only via Whatsapp, which we could not access due to a lack of mobile internet access, which led to a delayed and problematic check-in. Afterwards, communication and everything else went smoothly and the host was kind in reaching out. The spacing of the accommodation in the house is awkward, as there is no physical/sound barrier between the upstairs accommodation space (other than the room doors) and the downstairs living space of the inhabitants. Limited kitchenware also made things less comfortable.

Good value for the price and location.
Communication was a challenge. We asked for instructions on how to get access to the property 4 days ahead of our stay, but the owner did not send the info until right before our stay. At that point, we did not have internet service, so we were unable to receive the instructions. As a result, we got to the property and had no way to get in. We had to ask a neighbor to help us contact the property, which was very inconvenient.
