El buen estado del apartamento, la limpieza y la dotacion general del mismo.

La atención de los anfitriones es distante pero correcta. El lugar es tranquilo en las afueras de Mestre pero cerca de todo lo necesario en transporte para llegar y volver rápido al centro de Mestre y a Venecia Muy buenos lugares para comprar alimentos y comidas rápidas.
Casi siempre encontramos en los alojamientos de Booking de este nivel,agua fresca, café o té y azucar, sal, o detalles, etc para un primer momento. Aquí no fue así. Llegamos el 2 de Junio, dia de la Independencia en Italia y estaba casi todo cerrado Nos indicaron donde conseguir (por nuestra cuenta) lo indispensable. Eso fue un alivio. Gracias!

Las instalaciones y el equipamiento tenían todo para una estancia cómoda. El barrio muy tranquilo y con un supermercado increíble a 5 minutos caminando.
Muchos vecinos mirando con desconfianza nuestra permanencia en el alojamiento casi como si lo estuviéramos ocupando ilegalmente.
