Great apartment not too far away from Venice downtown.

Location, quiet, and safe neighbourhood, close to all amenities.5-10 min walk to bus stop that gets you to Venice centre in 15 mins.Fabulous Terrace and a great pub Marciano Pub Marghera a short walk away.

Things to happen, but it would've been nice to have been informed that the oven and freezer weren't working.Plus, no access to the air conditioning units as the remote to operate it was missing.

Clean and spacious apartment in a calm residential area, with a direct bus line to Venice.

The building is in a residential area with plenty of shops and parks around – we loved it for our 2-day stop in Venice. Mestre train station and a bus stop with a direct line to the old town is within walking distance. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was equipped for simple cooking.

Very good location close to Venice. Easy to catch a bus service and arrive in the heart of Venice. The owner is helpful however very little words in English.

Good, quiet place if you have a car but can also easily access Venice via Public Transport

The home is clean, luxurious furniture, and got free public transport tickets as well. Love the private parking space underground but be careful driving down as it can be too steep especially if you are with heavy bags. Spacious area outside as well - good for summer. There is a laundry shop nearby in 150m and grocery in 500m.

Lack of facilities in the home but that should be clear when booking your stay. There seems to be ZTL cameras in a street nearby but I asked Renzo who clarified/said there is none (we will see in a few months if I get a fine or not).

We got one-way tickets for the bus free of charge, so it was much more easier to get to the downtown.

Very spatious, comfortable beds, good location.

Everything was ok with the property itself, just a recommendation for future guests - try to be considerate with your fellow neighbors, when you’re not alone in the villa. Not everyone enjoys loud speaking or shouting in the middle of the night, and for hours…

Excellent apartment, helpful hosts

Huge apartment, immaculately clean. Great hosts – they came to the apartment in few minutes when we arrived and called them on the WhatsApp. They welcomed us with bottle of sparkling wine, water, explained to us how to get to the Venice, gave us (for free) tickets for the bus, told us about local cafes and restaurants, and how to get to the Lidl, which is nearby (but I would still recommend to go there by the car if you are visiting on a hot summer day). Just bear in mind hosts are not fluent in English, unless you speak a bit of Italian, prepare Google translate. Easy parking in the private underground garage within the object. OK neighbourhood.

Strongly recommended!

The apartment was bright, spacious and very very clean, located inside a new building. The apartment is close to the bus station, so it was very convenient to go and come back from Venice. Also close to grocery stores and other shops (coffee shops and pizza for a quick snack). Two very nice Italian restaurants are at close vicinity. Finally, the hosts were very kind and extremely helpful (even on an emergency request). They really made feel like being at home. This is a place I would like to stay again and strongly recommend.

large nice apartment located in a quiet suburban area. cafes and shops are close by. 15 min bus ride to Venecia. perfect location.

we were greeted by a very angry and cross-aged man who only spoke Italian. He threatened to throw us out when he tried to force us to pay extra tourist tax. It turned out to be the father of the landlord who had stepped in. The landlord came after a while and sorted out the misunderstandings. The landlord himself was nice and helpful, but his old father a disaster for an otherwise nice place. Slightly forgotten rubbish and dirty plates do not spoil the impression

Our host may not be proficient with English but was still thorough to go through with us the property and parking facilities. On knowing that we are taking public transport to Venice, he handed us free bus tickets. We were a group of 5 and the space in the property, including 2 toilets and a surprisingly comfortable sofa bed, was most appreciated!

Very Good stay but not exceptional

very large flat with lots of windows and balconies. The kitchen was well equipped but some things were missing.

Interior was rather old and not very fashionable. The kitchen had no water heater and no coffee maker only a small espresso maker.

Le calme et le confort après la foule Vénitienne

Le garage en sous-sol est sécurisé pour la voiture. Le logement est spacieux, propre avec toutes les commodités, dont la climatisation et les volets roulants pour les fortes chaleurs. La situation à 8 minutes de la station de bus mercato, le 6L vous emmène directement à Venise en 20 minutes. L'attention des propriétaires à l'arrivée avec boissons fraîches au frigo et 2 tickets de bus pour un aller par personne à Venise. La wifi dans l'appartement, les équipements dont le linge de maison. Literie de très bonne qualité dans les deux chambres, et deux salles de bain. Les propriétaires arrivent en moins de 5 minutes après l'appel téléphonique à l'arrivée

Ce serait un 10/10 si nous avions eu un peu plus d'équipements ( 2 Mug uniquement pour le petit déjeuner, pas de lave vaisselle, pas de lave linge). Et si possible un book avec les bonnes adresses et les consignes pour le départ ( exemple gestion des poubelles)

Gut.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage zu Venedig ist unschlagbar gut. 15 Minuten mit dem Bus und man ist dort. Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Zum Empfang eine Flasche Spumante und Wasser im Kühlschrank. Und ein Busticket nach Venedig. Top.

Leider an der einen oder anderen Stelle etwas schmuddelig. Und es gibt Kakerlaken im Apartment. Das ist vielleicht üblich für die Gegend (Mittelmeerraum).

Die Gastgeber kommunizieren leider nur auf italienisch mit den Gästen - es ist weder ein Wort deutsch noch englisch möglich, das macht es etwas schwieriger, es hat aber trotzdem mit Händen und Füßen geklappt!
