Nice stay

Great apartment for a group of friends who want to stay in Venice and the surroundings. 3 separate bedrooms, a spacious living room, a sparkling clean bathroom with washing machine, a small terrace - everything you need for your stay. The supermarket is around the corner, a bus stop to Venice is like 5 minutes by walk and Mestre train station is around 10 minutes walk. The host communicates on time and is adequate to our needs

Great hosts, easy location for getting around, and good sized well equipped apartment

Nadia and her husband were very welcoming. Even helped us with our luggage up the stairs. Location made it easy to get to Venice by car and avoid the high cost of transit.

There was construction while we were there that was quite noisy.

Comfortable location, excellent air conditioning. Easy access to public transport

Comfortable apartment, in a quiet residential location in what seems to be a commercial/industrial area. Close to public transport (bus) made getting into Venice very easy. The town of Marghera itself does not hold much tourist interest in my opinion but is a good stop if you have a car and don't want to drive into Venice

Spacious apartment with parking - great value, well positioned for exploring Venice

Very spacious apartment, with three separate bedrooms plus a pull out couch in the kitchen (which also has a door), and with easy free parking on the same quiet residential street as the building. We spent most of our time in Venice, which is super easy to reach from the apartment via bus or train, and it takes less than 10 minutes for people in their 70s to walk to the station. Nadia was very nice and helpful. There are also several grocery stores across the main street, about 5 minutes on foot. We were happy here, great value and location!

Perfect stay to visit Venice

Great apartment. It is very clean, WiFi fast and has everything you would need even for a longer stay. The host was very kind. We chose the apartment because it was 10 min from Venice Mestre, with easy acces to Venice (10-15 min train/bus ride). In the area of the apartment you can find 2 supermarket for all that you need.

We highly recommend La Nadia for your Venice stay!

We loved La Nadia! The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. Nadia was a very gracious host. She came right over when we arrived. She had the kitchen stocked with everything we needed to cook meals plus coffee and biscuits. The bedrooms were bright and comfortable. There was a washing machine which we really appricated as we had already been traveling for 8 days. It was a couple minutes walk to two grocery stores and to the bus stop. The bus ran frequently and was less than 20 minutes to Venice. The cost was very reasonable.

The only downside was that it was on the 4th floor and did not have an elevator.

Very nice host and convenient location

Mrs Nadia is a very nice person. She was very helpful with recommendation on how to reach Venice and park there. The location of the B&B is very convenient. The bus stop is a couple of minutes walking. If you have a car, parking close to the property, although there is no dedicated parking spot, is very easy.

Exceptional

Top notch place if you will stay at Mestre., Equipped with more than one could need. Clean and comfortable; and easy to go to Santa Lucia. Sad to see that Mestre turned out to be a rather ghetto like location. Yet convenient to visit Venezia. Check in process could be improves though.

The perfect restful place so close and easy to reach Venice.

The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area, within a short walk distance to public transport to get into Venice. It was very spacious for our family of 5. The kitchen is well equipped, there is a washing machine and clothes line, handy when you’ve been travelling for many days. Nadia welcomed us and gave us all the instructions we needed, and she was available whenever we needed. Great base to explore the area. Thank you!

A great place in Marghera Venice. The place is very clean and well equipped. Very nice host was a great plus!!!

The apartments location is a little far from old Venice. It takes approximately 40 minutes to get to Rialto bridge. Nevertheless, I wanted a place close to the train station.

Very nice and well stocked apartment 30 mins away from Venice

The apartment is well furnished and very well maintained. The kitchen and the bedrooms are well stocked. Nadia was responsive to all the queries that we had. The location of the apartment is very convenient if you plan to travel to Venice and around. The nearest bus stop is a 5 mins walk and the train station is 10 mins away.

The location of the apartment is in a residential area. Also, there are some restrictions if you are travelling by car and would recommend checking the current rules (ZTL).

The flat was very well equipped, nice and clean. The owner was very kind and helpfull. The location was ok, area calm, not far to get the main train and bus station in Mestre. It was also easy to get to Venice.

Wondeful place to visit!

Everything was wonderful! Near to railway station and bus stop; supermarket Lidl is located 5 min from apartment. Home clear, very cosy, and with lot of space: 100m2. Inside are all important appliances, including an air-conditioning, washing machine, microwave, etc. Our host very kind and hospitable, helped us a lot! To sum up: I have been in Venice several times, but this apartment is the best.

Świetna lokalizacja i wysoki standard

Przemiła właścicielka, dobry kontakt (zna angielski i rosyjski), już przed wylotem z kraju znałem szczegóły zameldowania, duży plus bo nie musiałem sie dodatkowo stresować. Super lokalizacja noclegu, blisko LIDL i zaprzyjaźniona pizzeria, 5 minut do przystanku z bezpośrednim autobusem do Wenecji (53E) oraz z Wenecji (6/6L/66). Wysoki standard, czysto, na plus zasługuje fakt, że samodzielnie steruje się ogrzewaniem. Przepyszna kawa z ekspresu. Zdecydowanie POLECAM!

L'appartement est très bien, très confortable, très propre !!! très spacieux, très bien équipé. Nous sommes à 10 - 15 minutes des transports en commun. Commerce à 200 mètres. Très calme

Le quartier n'est pas animé, c'est un quartier résidentiel. Un petit détail c'est la serrure de la porte ... pas facile d'utilisation

Perfetto dall'inizio alla fine.

Posizione ottima, vicino a diversi mezzi di trasporto, si arriva alla stazione di Venezia in pochi minuti. Per la colazione abbiamo fatto un pò di spesa, ma la casa era già attrezzata con il necessario: caffè normale e decaffeinato, tè, zucchero, biscotti, ecc.

Non c'è nulla che non ci è piaciuto, anzi, sia l'appartamento che la proprietaria sono andati oltre le migliori aspettative. L'ho già consigliato ad amici e parenti e continuerò a farlo.

Een ruim, schoon en prettig appartement met een erg vriendelijke eigenaresse.

De ligging van het appartement is top. Winkels vlakbij, nette buurt waar de auto gratis geparkeerd kan worden en een prima busverbinding (15 min) naar het centrum van Venetië. Het appartement zelf is ruim. Drie grote slaapkamers en 1 badkamer. Goede bedden en een ruime keuken (van alle gemakken voorzien), die ook als woonkamer dient. De eigenaresse kwam de sleutel zelf brengen en was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er wordt ook snel gereageerd op vragen die (van te voren) worden gesteld.

Bijna niets. Behalve dan dat, afhankelijk van je persoonlijke situatie, de woonkamer kan tegenvallen. De keuken (en tevens woonkamer) is ruim en voorzien van alle gemakken. Er staat los van de eetkamer tafel met 6 stoelen, 2 stoelen (fauteuils). Voor ons (gezin met 3 volwassen kinderen) geen probleem omdat we de beide dagen van vroeg tot laat in de stad waren, maar als je met 5 of 6 personen hier langer binnen verblijft, is die ruimte aan de krappe kant.

Excellent séjour

Appartement très bien équipé, propre et confortable. Bon emplacement, près de la gare, arrêt d’autobus et épicerie. Hôte très accessible. Nous avons dû prolonger notre séjour de façon imprévue et elle nous a accommodé.

Apartament spațios, curat, mobilier nou, zonă liniștită, câteva minute de mers până la stația de autobuz 6/6L (spre Venetia) și gara e f aproape (până în 10 min pe jos). Vizavi sunt 2 supermarketuri. E pe str. Zambeccari Nr 2A. Gazda ne-a lăsat cafea, apa, o sticla de vin, biscuiți, ulei, sare, faina... Gazda este româncă din Basarabia, deci vorbește romana, rusă, italiana și engleză (poate și altele).

Aerul condiționat nu funcționa, dar gazda adusese un aparat de aer condiționat mobil, care totuși nu făcea fata la tot ap. După câteva zile a venit un tehnician care l-a reparat, apoi a fost bine.

+ Świetna lokalizacja, autobus do miasta prawie pod nosem, na tyle blisko że może nie opłacać się iść na dworzec kolejowy, 2 duże sklepy pod nosem w tym otwarte w niedzielę. W okolicy bezpiecznie i spokojnie + Świetny kontakt z właścicielką przez Whatsappa, bez problemu można było dostawić dwa łóżeczka dla niemowląt + Samo łóżeczko dla dzieci - absolutna klasa - turystyczne, więc łatwo przestawialne, ale z normalnym materacem. Duży plus! + Bardzo przestronne, czyste mieszkanie + Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia

- Może jedynie jedna łazienka, ale to nie problem :) - Jechałem z dziećmi, więc i tak mnie nie dotyczyło, ale innym może się przydać, w bezpośredniej okolicy tuż obok nie ma zbyt wiele knajpek, trzeba kawałek dalej przejść

Csak ajánlani tudom.

Szállásadónk kedves, segítőkész. Elmondta, hogy hogyan, milyen jeggyel érdemes eljutni Velencébe, ami kb fél óra utazás. Csendes nyugodt környék. Közel buszmegálló, vásárlási lehetőség. A lakás nem az volt, amit foton láttam, de nem volt meglepetés, ugyan abban az épületben. Nagyon tiszta komfortos és abszolút mindennel felszerelt. Vittünk alap dolgokat, hogy ne kelljen vásárlással kezdeni az ott tartózkodást, de nem volt szükséges, tényleg minden volt. Ez utóbbi fontos lehet a repülővel érkezőknek. Minden tökéletes.

Najlepszy nocleg w Mestre!

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu! Byliśmy w 4 osoby(2 pary). Pani właścicielka bardzo pomocna! Kontakt przez WhatsApp bezproblemowy, potrafiła nam pomóc, doradzić co do transportu w Wenecji i nie tylko, szybko odpowiadała na pytania i bardzo sympatyczna :) Szczerze polecam i jakbym miał wrócić to tylko tutaj!
