Bardzo sympatyczny gospodarz. Pierwszy raz widzielismy ze gospodarz sprząta. Zlew myje. My zawsze jak przychodzimy staramy sie używac te same naczynia i po sobie sprzatamy a pan pochowal wszystkie naczynia do kredensu. Mily uśmiechnięty czlowiek. Polecamy bardzo. Tymbardziej nam pasowało bo przyjechaliśmy specjalnie na 33 urodziny

quiet location close to public transport easy for a visit to venice but without the cost of the island hotels
lounge and kitchen is shared but bedroom and bathroom is private was not very clear when booking we got lucky but there is the chance you don't get on with the other occupants

Good location close to train station Mestre. Good for a short stay in the area
You need to call the host, who gives you verbal instructions on how to get into the house and apartment. This can be problematic if you are on expensive roaming.
This is a normal flat, divided into two separate rooms with private but detached bathrooms. If you want total privacy, this is not the place for you.

The manager was very helpful and we had good communication through WhatsApp. The location is also very close to the central train station.
First, it was never indicated that the apartment was shared with other people. We could smell that they were smoking at the common areas. Also, only the one room can use the washing machine. But it was not a big problem.
Second, the cleaning was not good. The kitchen was not in perfect condition and the corners of the rooms accumulated dirt and, worst of all, shower and bathroom curtain was PLENTY OF mould , even at the top of the curtain. The balcony was also very dirty.
Last, the area is super bad and dangerous in the night. You don’t feel safe outside.
