Clean apartment, close to the bus stop, close to train station and close to a supermarket

The shower was old and didn't work well and there was a strange smell in one of the bedrooms, perhaps from the light bulbs when they were on. (just a guess)

The apartment has a great location, the fact it has parking is amazing. The place is very nicely designed.

There are no dark curtains in the bedroom. The light during the night (street light outside) and in the morning (sunshine) make itdifficult to sleep. The elrctric stove did not operate. There were no instructions in the house booklet.

Good location, near Mestre station, supermarket 3 minutes, bus station to Venezia as well. Owner provided us list of very useful tips (buses to Venezia, places to eat, useful places in neighbourhood etc). Well equipped kitchen

TV was not working. Generator of heat and hot water for shower broke twice in 3 days, we had to fix it (although the owner promised us to come, we were quicker and fixed it ourselves thanks to instructions on generator). Also there is a late check-in fee I did not see in the booking description.

Comfortable apartment, very close to take the bus/train to Venice

The apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable. We had a great stay and the host was very helpful! Both on arrival when our plane was delayed, and on departure when we forgot a Tshirt, the host was very kind and supportive. We traveled as a family with a 5 year old child, so we appreciated very much that the apartment provided everything we needed. Especially it is very close to the Mestre train station and bus station for the bus towards Venice. Also, there is a supermarket across the street.

Contact with Ronny was easy. The apartment is modern, airy and lighted. Everything's was in a very good state. Good beds, no noise and a very useful location, very close to train and bus stops and shops and restaurants. Ideal to visit Venice.

A very good option for visiting Venice

Good location to visit Venice at an accessible price: close to the train station & direct bus to Venice, having a parking space for travelers that come by car. The apartment is clean, the rooms are big and correctly equipped. Ronny welcomed us to give us the keys (even though we arrived late), present the apartment & facilities and share useful hints for Mestre & Venice.

Exceptional

This was an incredible positive surprise, both regarding the location and the apartment itself. An excellent alternative to a hotel to visit Venezia, two good size bedrooms and functional kitchen/dining area. Very clean. Highly recommended for families with children as there is space for everyone to find their own secret escape spot. All inside was clean, new and arranged with all needed equipements! Finding the place by car, as well as parking outside, was convenient and inexpensive. One day parking cost just on the other side of the street was about 10 euros. Train that shuttles to Venezia center on every ten minutes was 200 meters from the apartment. The travel to Venezia center took 12 minutes by train, the cost was about 1.6 euros one way. Also the center of Mestre was really nice to visit and beautifully decorated for Christmas. We were really happy stayig in this place and would come again.

2 jours a Mestre

Emplacement géographique parfait. A 5 min de l'arrêt de bus/train, épicerie a proximité et 1 km du centre-ville de mestre. Espace suffisant pour 4 personnes.

Un des lits était très inconfortable, et il n'y avait pas suffisamment de couverture dans les 2 chambres. Le quartier n'inspire pas confiance. L'appartement est situé en face d'un parc. Aucun ennuie par contre.

Muy lindo departamento. Cómodo y cercano a conexiones de bus para llegar a Venecia y al aeropuerto.

Bien équipé et bien situé pour les transports au commun. On peut prendre le petit déjeuner pas loin. Hôtes très gentils ! Beaucoup de serviettes de bain. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Le quartier n’était pas très sécurisant. Ne pas sortir seul(e) la nuit. Heureusement qu’on étaient 4… Pommeau de douche qui ne tient plus très bien.
