Perfect location walking distance to everything. Stairs up to apartment were a lot! Would have been fine except my husband fell and hurt his back. The rest of the stay was great!

Nearby there are lots of restaurants, shopping, and a lively neighborhood complete with a bookstore right below the apartment! Buses going to venice are right outside (you can pay on the bus, but ask which ones go to Venice). There is much to do in the evenings and the apartment itself had big high ceiling rooms which our kids loved.

The property was okay, but more communication was needed. Calling a taxi was difficult because we only had the address of the apartment, and “cabs don’t go there.” We weren’t always able to get a response with the numbers we were given-how to use the washing machine or turn the heat on and off.
Lots of stairs when you have a weeks worth of luggage for three people. No place to dry the clothes

We really enjoyed the appartment, very central and surrounded by cool places to eat and shop. Riccardo was very helpful when we arrived. Very easy to go to the old part of Venizia from there by bus.
