location, cleanliness, room service

lack of wall sockets, broken window lock, providing access to your room from the balcony (and the balcony is accessed from the corridor, so it's public) - always keep your valuables with you.

The owner is awesome! He showed us how to get to Venezia, gave us all information - before we asked. The place was nice, huge, there was everything what needs.

The environment of the building was messy, but I think that this is not the owner fault.

I stayed for 1 month. The apartment was big, it has everything, with a nice view. The hosts are very helpful and nice.

You could hear the neighbors TV a bit. It would be great if the hosts set a rule for switching it off after 11Pm or so.

When we complained about the filthy room we were in, they gave us another one which was okay.

The apartment was filthy, there were ants and the furniture was disgusting. There was a foul smell and it looked like the curtains had been used to clean the floors with. I do NOT recommend this place!

Very kind and friendly stuff. Room cleaning on a daily basis. Good location. Bus stop to Venice right across the street. A charming part of the Mestre few steps away.

Small bathroom. Broken lock on the bathroom door. Wardrobe needs renewal.

Przystanek z którego odjeżdżały autobusy do Wenecji 50 metrów od apartamentu, przy apartamencie sklep w którym można kupić bilety. Bardzo ładny widok z okna, spokojna dzielnica, apartament bardzo ładny, dobrze wyposażony i nowoczesny. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

Ein sehr aussergewöhnlicher, idyllischer Ort mit viel Herz.

Wir buchten diese Unterkunft sehr spontan (ca. 2 Stunden zuvor) und erhielten umgehend einen Anruf, dass das gebuchte Appartement wegen Umbau nicht vermietet werden kann. Stattdessen bot man uns aber zum gleichen Preis eine Alternative an.

Die Lage ist sehr idyllisch, das Zimmer und die Umgebung mit sehr viel Herz eingerichtet und gestaltet.
