Residenze Venezia Apartments

A szállás kellően tágas, az ágy kényelmes, a szekrények megfelelőek, tiszta, az apartman jelleg miatt adott kiegészítők (szemeteszsák, szivacs, kávé, hűtött víz) mind-mind könnyítették az élhetőséget. A város szívéhez nagyon közel van, sőt a fiatalok egyik kedvenc gyűlekezőhelye a szállás előtt található.

Great location. Lots of restaurants and places to eat and drink near by. Good location to bus stops.

The apartment itself is nice, quiet and in a good location, close to Mestre town center and a bus stop to Venice is 100m from the apartments. On the cheaper side, compared to other options in Venice, so good value for money.

Communication is terrible, no information is provided without separately asking for it. We were given the keys to the apartment by a cleaner. We then expected some information to be inside the apartment, but this was not the case. We had to ask for a wifi password, the door entrance lock code and check-out information all with separate messages, because no details were given out. I think this is terrible practise from someone running an accommodation business, when it would be so easy to write a little information sheet, with all necessary details that you could share via message on the day of arrival or print and keep in the apartments. The aircon is not strong enough to cool the apartment, so I would not recommend staying here in the summer months. Wifi works in the lobby, but not really in the apartment.
