Queen Home Venice Train Station Noemi & Angel

El apartamento está bien para el uso que le íbamos a dar, que era básicamente dormir, ducharnos y cenar. Estaba limpio, las camas cómodas y tiene un tamaño adecuado. Avisamos de que una persiana parecía que estaba estropeada y, aunque no nos importaba que no se pudiese bajar y subir (y así se lo hice saber al anfitrión), al día siguiente cuando volvimos la habían arreglado. Anfitrión muy atento.

El barrio en el que está situado el apartamento no me gustó demasiado, por la noche se veían algunos grupos de personas que no daban "buena espina". Sobre el apartamento, bajo mi punto de vista, creo que debería tener al menos un juego de sábanas y alguna toalla extra, también eché en falta tostadora y un poco más de menaje (tijeras por ejemplo, espumadera...) y también creo que estaría bien que añadiesen bolsas de basura extra (solo estaban las que había puestas en los cubos de basura) y paños de cocina para secarte las manos cuando friegas o para secar los platos y vasos cuando los has lavado también creo que sería ideal que añadiesen.

Nice large apartment about 14" walk up from the Mestre train/bus area. Clean and comfortable with a nice kitchen which was well set up for us to prepare meals. The wifi was sufficient but would turn itself off - weird, had to to reset the power on the box and then we were good to go. It had a washing machine and drying rack on the balcony. The bus stopped right near the apartment going to and coming from Piazzale Roma in Venice - for 1.50 Euro's you are there in 15" - perfect!

The unit is one of many managed by a company - no personal interaction with a host, but they were helpful. The thing that weirded us out was the contract for use of the space and especially the full page of charges that could be incurred if you did something to the unit - most hosts expect there might be a broken cup or something and roll with it - here, it seems, you might have to pay an out-of-proportion replacement fee. We did a video and took pictures of the arrival condition and the leaving condition to protect ourselves. Nothing came of it, but this was the only time we felt compelled to do this in 3+ decades of travelling together. BTW - we get it - a management company has to protect the asset of the client and it won't prevent us from booking this space again (we visit Venice every year or 2 because our favorite airline flies into VCE).

Very clean, all the confort, very easy to reach Venice, bus station in the front of apartment. Veți good area, supermarkets around the corner, pizza places, coffees. We found it very good place

The room was spacious, comfortable and good location, just 2 mins walk from Puccini bus stop

The behaviour of the staff was miserable and completely unprofessional. I booked the room with balcony from booking.com but they provided me room without balcony. When I asked for clarification they replied "i suppose you're going to die if you don't have balcony." This kind of response from property ruins the vacation when I had plenty lovely memories from other properties through out my vacation in Europe.
