Emplacement très pratique pour aller sur Venise, proche de la gare de Mestre et d'un arrêt de bus. Propriétaire réactive et très accueillante, même si la barrière de la langue ne permet pas d'échanger beaucoup. La possibilité de pouvoir garer sa voiture est un vrai atout.
La climatisation faisait un bruit de soufflante irrégulier, ce qui peut être gênant pour s'endormir. Le petit déjeuner est spartiate (café+pain au lait sous blister), très en-dessous de ce que l'on trouve dans d'autres B&B. A la limite il serait mieux de ne pas l'inclure dans la réservation.
