The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen-size bed, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, one bathroom, and a private patio where guests can relax and park their car. The patio is for the exclusive use of this apartment.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, with dishwasher, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and cookware. The apartment also includes air conditioning, fast fiber Wi-Fi, and a 40’’ 4K Smart TV with Netflix.
The building is located in a quiet residential area with shops, cafés, gelaterie and a large supermarket nearby. The bus stop to Venice and the airport is about 2 minutes on foot, and the island of Venice can be reached in around 10-12 minutes by bus. Mestre train station and the central square are also within walking distance, convenient for arrivals, departures and day trips.
The apartment is suitable for families, two couples or small groups looking for a comfortable stay with private parking and easy access to the island of Venice.

We stayed here for one night after a cruise that ended in Venice. It was spotless with several restaurants and grocers within walking distance. Also walking distance to train station. The property owner greeted us and made himself available to us if we needed anything. Would rexommend.

The hosts were so friendly and helpful! Their home was so super clean and modern and comfortable. Best beds and shower! They had everything we needed and added the extra detail of coffee, wine and water. And they helped us with the bus and train transport. And if you drive there, they even have a safe carport.
I would definitely recommend!

A nice place in a nice neighborhood. Close to public transport for catching the train or the bus to get to Venice. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The property was clean, well decorated and extremely functional. It is a very secure property with locked gates and double door locks. It is walking distance to many amenities.
