Decent property but don’t let the Palazzo designation fool you. The palace is showing its age and the amenities are not necessarily palatial. The AC works well which is a must as Venice can get nasty hot. A very easy walk from the train station. I believe that there are two parts to the property. Apartments and rooms. We had a small apartment for three nights. On the hotel side, breakfast seemed to be provided for its guests. Excellent communication with the owner.

Just an average old building which I dont really see why it is advertised as a “luxury” apartment. You are paying essentially for location. Just be careful when booking as this property has no free breakfast but advertised as such. We wanted to stay in the city center but I would have never paid what I paid had I known it had no breakfast. Our apartment had 2 AC units but one didn’t cool so we had to move all the mattresses to that room because the other areas of the apartment were not comfortable enough for us in the middle of summer. Furthermore, the place needs a deep clean under and behind furniture as the dust is literally piling up.

Perfect for families. The apartment is huge, beautifully decorated, with views overlooking the canal. 6min walk from the main train/parking/bus area, which is perfect for families traveling with kids who don't want to drag their luggage 30mins across a dozen bridges into the city. There are two mini mart stores and a two restaurants a few steps outside the apartment. Check-in was easy, our host Michele reached out to us immediately after booking and personally met us during check-in to walk us through the apartment. Overall, great experience I would definitely choose to stay here again.

This is a beautiful, authentic Venetian property overlooking the canal. It is in a great location 5 minutes' walk from the Piazzale Roma - so convenient if you are arriving by bus. Bed was comfortable. Friendly, helpful owner. Everything was fabulous.

Amazing large apartment in the middle of Venice and a wonderful place to escape the crowds. Very easy to get to with luggage from Piazalle Roma and excellent communication with the owner. Highly highly recommend!

We have stayed at Palazzo Odoni before (but in the hotel, which is part of the same building). The palazzo is beautiful and in a perfect location. We liked our apartment, but there was a little confusion over the hotel and apartments being separate and it was not always easy to communicate with our host as (unlike the hotel hosts) he was not always around. It was possible to message him, but on our last day, we wanted to pay our city taxes and were unable to pay him in person. This was a small concern, and otherwise our stay was wonderful. The location is quiet, safe, convenient and very beautiful. I would recommend the palazzo (both hotel and residence) highly. One consideration though, is that there are a lot of steps followed by stairs at the entry, so guests need to be mobile.

Spacious apartment, up a couple long flights of stairs. The location is good and the space has good quiet a/c. The only suggestion I would make is to replace the mattress and pillows which have all lost their springiness.

Great room, spacious and classic building. Convenient location. TV did not get major channels. Owner was nonresponsive to email questions including check out coordination. Awkward sharing of entrance with hotel under same name but with clearly separate management, but they were very nice and responsive.

The Hotel is amazing. Exactly as shown on the site. Large rooms, very clean, nice, beautiful and quiet place close to everything in walking distance even with kids. But it is not only that.. The owner, Michele, from he first time contact us personally to make our arrival easier. Even more, when we faced a little problem with the room he came himself during the night to help us. He also offered us free breakfast (for four people) for the inconvenience. It is very difficult to meet such a good, human and friendly behaviour these days, especially in such touristic places. For this reason five stars are not enough...Thank you Residence Palazzo Odoni.

We had a pleasant stay. The flood caused us to wait inside for a few hours. The owner was very friendly overall. When I called for assistance he did seem impatient at times.

Very friendly and speedy in check-in, then we entered our apartment - true luxury! Both a formal and informal lounge, a beautiful kitchen with everything we needed to cook our own meals, two separate dining rooms, couches galore, beautiful views from the windows. Loved it! Will definitely be staying here on our next visit.

Love the location and the building. MIchelle, our host was very kind and efficient. The only thing I would complain about is that there were a couple of light bulbs that didn't work, but otherwise it was beautiful!!
