This apartment is located on the second floor of a typical Venetian building and here you will feel like home.
In this apartment you will relax after a long day discovering Venice!
It has a equipped kitchen, a double bedroom ( availability to add a single bed in order to accommodate 3 guests in total) and a bathroom with shower.
The main museums and attractions of the city are in a walkable distance: the Biennale Exhibition is 3 minutes away, Saint Mark's Square is about 10 minutes and the Rialto Bridge is about 20 minutes away.
The waterbus stop can be reached in a couple of minutes and also every part of the city, including the train station, Piazzale Roma and the airport.

The apartment is easy to find. We took the blue line water taxi to Arsenale and easily walked to the check-in location. We arrived a little early but were able to secure our luggage in the office until we were able to check in. Elisa helped us with our check in- she was very nice and showed us the accommodations and made sure that we knew how to use everything in the apartment before leaving. The apartment is clean and had adequate space for my husband and me. The shower is fairly small and my husband, who is 6'2, had some difficulty fitting into the shower. The bedroom is a good size and the beds were comfortable. There are plenty of outlets in the apartment to charge electronic devices.
A small grocery store "coop" is located nearby- we bought a bottle of wine, cheese, crackers and olives and enjoyed a picnic at the waterfront while watching the sunset over Venice. We loved the convenience of being able to walk to St. Marks Square, Fondamente Nove (for a boat ride to Murano) and Rialto. The apartment is located in a residential district and at the end of the day it was nice to come back to the quieter side of Venice to relax.

Appartamento molto comodo nel Arsenale. Silvia è stata molto attenta, ci è venuta a prendere al vaporetto e ci ha accompagnato all' appartamento. Grazie, Silvia.

Não era o combinado, pois houve um engano e o que alugamos estava lotado. Mas os proprietários resolveram nos arrumando outro local. Foram prestativos.
