About this apartment rental
The apartment has a living-dining room with kitchen and small private garden on the ground floor. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed, inserted in an open space environment. The bathroom with shower cubicle is located halfway up. The accommodation is welcoming and quiet, it is part of a residence surrounded by greenery and equipped with a large swimming pool and solarium.
The apartment is easily accessible by public transport from Venice, first by vaporetto to Lido di Venezia and then by bus (line A - Faro Rocchetta) which stops in front of the residence entrance. Otherwise, via the convenient ferry that connects the Fusina Terminal directly to Alberoni and from here on foot in a few minutes or by bus for two stops you reach the apartment.
Adjacent to the Venice Golf Club, you can reach the free beach and the Bagni Alberoni establishment in a few minutes. The beach includes a protected area managed by the WWF which also organizes guided trips to the area's flora and fauna. There is also a large pine forest for trips. At 500 meters you can board the ferry-boat that allows you to reach the island of Pellestrina for further excursions on foot and by bike. A wide range of restaurants can be found nearby.
PLEASE NOTE: to the indicated rate 50 € must be added for cleaning and the tourist tax (Municipality of Venice) which must be calculated as indicated below: for adults 4 € per day for maximum the first 5 days of stay, in the case of minors up to 10 years exempt tax, in the case of minors from 10 to 16 years € 2 per day for maximum the first 5 days of stay. These amounts must be paid upon delivery of the keys at the beginning of the stay.

L'appartamento e' confortevole e dotato di elettrodomestici funzionanti. Situato a 20 minuti di autobus dal centro del lido, con fermata autobus vicina alla residenza. La padrona di casa e' molto disponibile e reperibile per qualsiasi informazione.

La proprietaria è stata gentile, però alcune cose non funzionavano come le zanzariere piuttosto obsolete e rotte. Il frigorifero non ha uno spazio (anche piccolo sarebbe stato sufficiente) per il ghiaccio per poter conservare qualcosa più a lungo. Le moka entrambe vecchie.Comoda la lavastoviglie e la lavatrice ben funzionanti.Il soggiorno molto carino con molte barche però terribilmente caldo non avendo nulla a protezione di una cupola di vetro.Insomma il prossimo anno non ci torniamo.Il posto lo conosciamo da sempre per cui le attività e i ristoranti ci erano già conosciuti.
