About this apartment rental
Five beautiful and comfortable apartments located within a fully restored building.
Apartment 4: Located on the second floor overlooking the Calle, the accommodation consists of a separate entrance that leads to the living room there is a comfortable sofa, dining area, and open kitchen complete with refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher; finally, a bedroom with queen size bed and a bathroom with shower complete the layout.
There is also a sofa bed in the apartment.
The building does not have an elevator.
Added amenities are a television, free wi-fi internet throughout the apartment, air conditioning, a hair dryer, and a toaster.
* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.
*Cot available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay.

The apartment is in the most prized location in Venice, just a short walk (two minutes on foot) from the renowned and prestigious Peggy Guggenheim Collection Museum, one of the most important museums in Italy for 20th-century European and American art. All around the apartment, you can find exclusive art galleries and various stores of all kinds. Five minutes from the Accademia bridge that connects the homonymous Sestriere to the San Marco bridge where you can visit the beautiful square and its Basilica as well as stroll through the calli and the renowned Calle XXII Marzo well known as the shopping street for its many high-fashion stores and prestigious jewelry stores.

Overall a good stay at this apartment. There was no hot water the first day but this issue was fixed the following day. Convenient luggage storage available before and after checkout

The apartment was spacious and comfortable in a quiet location. There is an excellent supermarket within a 5 minute walk.
There were several coffee cups but no coffee maker. The description had mentioned a Moka but not provided.
Some washing up liquid and a dishcloth would be useful to keep the sink and dining area clean.

L'alloggio è situato in un punto delizioso di Dorsoduro, via dalla pazza folla ma comodissimo per il vaporetto e per una passeggiata alle Zattere. L'interno è spazioso, confortevole per due persone. Ho apprezzato il locale per il deposito bagagli, dotato anche di un bagno.
L'interno è molto spartano, i mobili sono ridotti all'essenziale, per esempio nel soggiorno/cucina non c'è un mobiletto da adibire a dispensa e nel bagno mancano sgabello e ganci per gli asciugamani. Anche in ingresso servirebbe un attaccapanni, quando piove non è simpatico dover ritirare le giacche bagnate nell'armadio. Infine sarebbe gradito qualche calice per il vino.

There were no hooks to attach wet towels to. It’d also be useful to have a shelf or a cabinet in the bathroom for putting wash bags and washing products etc.
