• Flexible Check-in: early arrival can be arranged upon request. Late check-in between 10:00 PM and 1:00 AM incurs a €30 surcharge;
• Legal Requirements: valid ID cards/passports are required at check-in for official registration (TULPS regulations), alongside signing a standard short-term rental agreement;

Super apartment. Great hosts. Excellent location. Very quiet and a lot of privacy. Venice is easy to reach by tram (1,50 per ride). If we go back to Venice this is our apartment.
