About this apartment rental
Apartment close to Art is located in Mestre, in a quiet area. Tastefully furnished, spacious, bright and very welcoming, it offers a fully equipped kitchen, living room with flat screen TV (Prime Video) and stereo, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Quiet and safe location, just steps from the tram stop for Venice. The bus stop is 3 minutes from the house. The Tram, direct and frequent, will take you to Venice in 20 minutes.
Supermarket and shops in the immediate vicinity.
The center of Mestre is about a 10 minute walk.
Strategically located, the apartment is easily accessible whether you arrive by plane, train or car.
Convenient to the Marco Polo airport and the railway station. I will give you all the information to get to the apartment without difficulty.
If you travel by car, parking is free along the road. The location of the apartment is a starting point for visiting not only Venice, but also the beautiful surrounding cities, such as Treviso, Padua and much more.
On arrival, payment of the tourist tax is required (regular receipt is issued) and the presentation of identity documents for the communication of your stay to the authorities.
Separate waste collection is required (I will give you all the information).

I recently had the pleasure of staying in Chiara’s cozy apartment located in a tranquil neighborhood, and the experience was nothing short of delightful. From the moment we arrived, the peaceful ambiance set the tone for a relaxing getaway. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was well-equipped with all the essentials, providing everything one might need for a comfortable stay. The comfortable bedding and ample natural light made it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring.One of the standout features of this location is its proximity to great food options and convenient transportation. Within just a short walk, I discovered a variety of delightful bars and restaurants. It was a pleasure to explore the local culinary scene without the hassle of lengthy commutes.Public transportation was equally accessible, making it easy to venture further and explore the city’s attractions or into Venice. The nearby bus and tram stops were a convenient bonus, allowing for effortless travel.Overall, this cozy apartment in a quiet neighborhood is an ideal choice for anyone looking to unwind while enjoying the local amenities. I highly recommend it for both short visits and extended stays – you won’t be disappointed!

Our 1st stay in Italy
Chiara was wonderful & welcoming! The supermarket close by had 4 Roses at +10 Euros. (5 Star Market)
Janet & I also had a memorable interaction in town with 2 delightful ladies helping us to get Tram tickets. They were so kind & welcoming towards us.

The host us very helpful giving lots of information tegarding shops, restaurants and public transport. Located near tram stop to Venice and also easyvreach yo railway station. Highly recommended.
