Spent 4 nights at this apartment and would definately stay here again. The apartment is very comfortable and in a great location. Air conditioning works really well. Michele was very helpful and is a great host.

The apartment was perfect for our 4 night stay. The kitchen is fully functional and well stocked to prepare light meals. The location is very near the train station,valporetta stop and easy access to grocery market, pizza and pastry shops

Molto accogliente e pulita ,ad un passo dalla stazione e dal supermercato. Tutti i siti principali di Venezia sono raggiungibili in poco tempo. Michele è molto simpatico e disponibile.

We were met at the train station and escorted to the apartment. Michele introduced the apartment and explained all we needed to know plus many more helpful hints and suggestions for our Venice stay. He and his family live in the neighbourhood so he knows it well.Apartment is right on the canal and we could hear and watch the boats and really feel a part of this beautiful city. Apartment was very clean, great size for the two of us and well equipped for all our needs. Foods for breakfast a special treat to save us shopping immediately.We loved our stay and would highly recommend this home for couples staying in Venice.
