Well positioned in Mestre in a trendy area and two minutes from Piazza Ferretto. Room and bathroom were modern, minimalist and very clean. The room was small but all that I needed as I was only going back there to sleep. The squeaky shower door was the only issue!

What a great experience it was to stay at Legrenzi rooms and meet the staff. They are very helpful, they went out of their way to make our stay very pleasurable. They offer shuttles to train station and airport (at very reasonable rates). Prior arrival they sent me an email and I scheduled our pick up at the train station. Alessandro was there, waiting for us, even when our train was delayed for several minutes. The last day he took us to the airport, and he offered picking us up in Venice, so we didn’t had to comeback to the apartment, plus he took all our luggage with him! (It was a lot). The apartment was clean, very spacious, comfortable, a mix of new and vintage, everything worked good. The AC worked great (it was very hot outside), and it has a full kitchen with washing machine which is very convenient. The location is amazing, nice stores, bars, pharmacy around the corner and the bus stop is 3 minutes away and it takes 20 minutes to the entrance of Venice (Piazale Roma). Very good experience overall! I’ll definitely comeback if I’m ever back in the area.

The hotel is nice, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. The bus stop of the bus to Venice is closed by the hotel. A disadvantage is that you can't reach the hotel by car for unloading the luggage. The next street is 100 meters and the parking garage is more than 300 meters away (12 Euro/day).

Our apartment was clean and modern, and showed a real eye for design. We particularly liked the tall glass door to the en-suite, and the art-deco artwork on the wardrobe and fridge! There was a lovely balcony for our use and only the fact that there wasnt a great view and it was a little overlooked stopped us from giving the Legrenzi Rooms a 5-star ranking from top to bottom (neither of these points are the fault of the hotel!)

Booked for 8 nights at Legrenzi Rooms in Mestre (It). Unfortenately LR is situated next to a bar with loud music in the open air during the evening and is still going on (22:43 hrs) and my wife and I are not enjoying it. For the second night on a row. Thinking of moving to another hotel nearby. Oh I forgot to mention, in the early morning we enjoy the noise of a construction site next to LR. Will definitely be continued!

There is little or no parking in the area, but the hotel did have a space available for us at 10 Euro per night. Rooms are nice and modern. We paid a little extra for an upgraded room and larger bed, but wouldn't recommend this as the Bed was standard and the extra space was unnecessary. The hotel did not provide any house keeping service during our two night stay. (I.e. - fresh towels, make bed, empty garbage, etc) Overall hotel was ok and is not a bad option but probably would not stay here again.

Super nice and stylish hotel! The location is great, very nice neighborhood and around 10 mins walk from Mestre train station. The room is clean. Breakfast is really nice! Not so many choices but that was more than enough. Really recommend this place for everyone!

What a wonderful place to stay. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Very much enjoyed our stay. It has a modern design and is in a great location. The windows are very sound proof. We couldn't hear any of the outside noise of the bar and socializing that was out in the square nearby. Breakfast was divine!

After an hour finding the hotel, we found it a nice place to stay. We had an apartment decorated almost all in white, which was a bit "cold" for our taste but still nice. Staff (owner?) spoke limited English that's why 4 not 5, but we were able to accurately get directions needed. Breakfast is European at 10 euros. Purchase on site rather than in advance. We spent both nights at da Ginos and had a great time - classic American rock in Italy and the best parmesan (sic?) cheese we've ever tasted.
